I ran across this cute little market called Rouses Market and I went in to grab some water. It's the cutest little market servicing the residential portion of the French Quarter and they have just about everything you would have in a typical bodega-style corner market. While looking for the water I ran across the famous Sno-Balls I kept hearing about in New Orleans and I had to grab one. The employees in the market were very friendly and showed me where I could grab my water as well and after paying for my two items I was on my way. Quick and easy. For those who haven't had a Sno-Ball in New Orleans-they are just wonderful and really do the trick to cool someone down when that heat and humidity team up to wear a person out. I really enjoyed it and wished I had found this market earlier in my trip as I'm sure I would've went to this great corner market more than once. Great little market.
