I had MEY do my stiletto nails and moving from Las Vegas- I had the best nail technician in Vegas, and my nails always looked on point. I think May surpassed the amazing quality of Las Vegas nails and they are beyond adorable!!!! Make me look amazing!!! The pedicure was great, too - highly highly highly recommend MEY and this salon. I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do, but I feel compelled to let you all know it's best if you go somewhere else. I'm also posting this in hopes the owners see it and step their game up. I'm currently sitting here getting a pedicure, after nearly an hour wait. We arrived around 9:45 am - shortly after they open - to not even a slight acknowledgement from anyone there. When I walked up to the nearest nail tech, he didn't say hi or greet my mother and I, but waved his hand toward a paper on the front desk and said "sign in" and "pick a color" sternly. After about 10 minutes of picking up dried and cracked color after color, I finally decided on one. Note, they have some OPI colors (all mostly used / dried up with dirty bottles). I only saw two Essie colors :( Then, I went back to be seated at one of the stained, mismatched chairs they had in the waiting area. Unfortunately they don't have magazines or a tv facing that way, so hopefully you have a smartphone with unlimited data. We waited another 35-40 minutes here, and finally asked about how much longer the wait would be. No response. Then after another 15 or so minutes we were instructed to sit in two of the pedi chairs. They didn't offer us a glass of wine, let alone water or anything. They also didn't fill it up with water or put the jets on for our feet to soak. The worst part was that we waited another 20 minutes in the pedi chairs without any acknowledgement from the staff, owner or anything. Finally, when my mom started putting her socks on because her feet were cold, the owner (who probably thought we were going to leave) came over and turned the water on. Eventually when a nail tech came over to start the pedi, my mom mentioned we had been waiting a while, and the girl goes "well it is holiday" as if that excuses everything...it's Dec 27 btw, and last I checked that's not a holiday. Amazing!!! Best nail salon experience ever! Don't let the outdated exterior fool you! The inside has some of the best most updated chairs and decor of them all! It was the best massage I've had, best pedi, and best ombré dipped nails! My little girl loved it too and the people were so friendly and easy to communicate with. read more

There is nothing pro about this nail salon. I had dip removed. Easy enough right? Well, the nail tech was awful. She was clearly in a rush. She over filed my nails after the dip was soaked off. I was left with nicks and valleys in my finger nails. Although the pedicure looked nice she rushed it. Barely spent any time massaging my legs and feet. I will never waste my money here again. read more

I went on Wednesday October 30, the owner was the one who did my nails. Many problems with my experience. 1) my nails already look like I've had them for 2 weeks or longer 2) the "coffin" shape doesn't look like coffin shape 3) I was grabbing a paper towel tonight and my nail completely broke off 4) a few of my nails are crooked and clearly going to the side. I know I shouldn't have paid the $60 if I wasn't satisfied, but that day I was in shock after finding out about a family emergency. I haven't even had these nails for a week and they look really terrible. Maybe I didn't get the "best" service bc I don't look like the typical person who would go into a nail salon. But while I was there, it seemed like the employees (mainly the owner/one who was doing my nails) wanted me gone, I received acrylics with gel nail polish and it was the quickest service ever, there were women in there just getting polish on their nails, no manicure or anything, and they spent more time on those women's nails than mine. I really don't care about any of that, but my nails look like absolute crap. This is the second time I've been here, and each time was disappointing. read more

I have been going to this nail solan with my mother for as long as I can remember. And now I go here myself. They do get busy especially near holidays. Recently the solan has been updated on furniture and neatness. All polish is very good, they throw out anything that is cracked or empty. You may have a short wait (as you would at any nail solan) but it sure is worth the amazing work they do. read more

This place is a hit or miss; more so a miss. I have been here multiple times and I was only satisfied twice. Recently however, I had a horrible experience where my gel polish was lumpy and had changed colors. I went in two days later to have them fixed and the man assumed that I had caused the color to change and that I needed to pay for a gel color change. NOPE. Needless to say, this place stays busy. They do speak english, which is nice. I think the service that you receive depends on the quality of the person that you get when you sit down. read more

I've been going here for about 8 years and the last two times I've been my nails have not been done very good and look good for about a week then they go to chipping off and they are very uneven and not pleased at all for the price i paid way to much for a crappy job gonna be looking for another nail place read more

The good part is they speak English you can understand. The young girl I got left lines that ate really noticeable. They didn't have they're glitter gel nail colors available so I just went with pink and it's not bad but seeing the lines from the drill puts it in a bad light. read more

It upsets me to see all the neg reviews. I love this place, the people, and the service. Their hours are very accommodating for a working mom with 2 kids and their multiple sports/activities. If this was such a horrible place, why is it always slammed? Even when it is busy, all waiting chairs and stations are full, it only takes Andy and pedi tech and hour to do both mani and pedi. I think that is great! Especially since I get to sip my wine, given to me free of charge, while they work their magic. I am a long time customer and will continue to use their services. They have it all here!! Traditional polish, shellac polish, dipping powder, and acrylic in all of the best brands, and they are always staying up on the latest trends. This is by far my favorite nail salon, but make sure you plan ahead because it is always busy. read more

Several months ago I went in for a pedicure. The young man cut a CHUNK out of one of my toes. It bled to the point they had to keep cleaning the floor. I stayed calm and tried not to draw attention. The young man walked away and someone else tried to stop the bleeding and finished my pedicure. It was still bleeding when I left. I thought surely that they wouldn't charge me, but they did. I came home and thought about it and got more upset the more I thought about it. I called and talked to Andy the next day. He was very apologetic and said he would do my next pedi free. I told him it might be a while due to my father being ill. I finally went in yesterday for my pedi. When I was done, I went to the counter to leave Seleta a tip. I was surprised when he told me it was $30. Again, I tried to not draw attention. I told him what he had promised but he "couldn't remember". I was in shock! He finally took my phone number and said he'd call me later that day or definitely the next day. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL. I was a long time regular customer and should've had stitches in my toe. But he doesn't remember it? I paid and told him that both Seleta and Kelly would remember as Seleta and I had talked about it while she was doing my toes. I'll never go back.
