The place is a bit outdated, floor seems to look dirty . While getting your service done the women and owner speak their language a lot and it seems very rude. When asking for pricing ask specifically because they will add 2-3 dollars to your service not knowing what for. I've been coming here for a couple months now and up until now I've enjoyed it for the most part. I get my acrylic gel fills here every two weeks. I love the prices because it's only $20 for a fill with gel and $30 for a new set with gel. However I have been experiencing some problems. I think lately they have been unprofessional. I will make an appointment and still wait 30-40 min to be seated and then another 10-15 to be started on! There are not that many stations as the shop is extremely small. So with that I made sure I had the whole morning or afternoon to be there. From start to finish I would be there between 2-3 hours. The last time I went I noticed something unusual underneath my acrylic. It was a green/ brown spot. I was horrified. When I tried asking what it was my technician brushed me off as if it was nothing. I knew better so I took a picture before she filled my nails. I showed my friend who was with me and her technician told me it was a bacterial infection from water getting underneath the nail. She said it would grow out in no time and that I needed to remove my acrylics next time. I took mental note, went home with pretty nails and didn't think twice about it. Two weeks later my friend removed her acrylics and noticed the same green spots on a few of her nails. She immediately told me and I knew it had to be the shop. I removed my nails to find that two more if my nails we're green. I did some research and found that if nail salons do not use BRAND NEW or CLEANED/DISINFECTED emory boards when filing a new persons nail, they are transferring the bacteria from one person to another. This is where it comes from as well as water getting underneath the acrylic nail and in between your nail bed. My nails are still under construction as i repair this mess. Had my nails done with Gel on Wednesday and by Friday the paint was already lifting. The lady who did my nails seemed to be in a rush considering I had made a reservation. I had called and let her know that I wanted gel with paint only. I sat in the chair and she clipped my long nails off because she was having a side conversation and not listening. the one by my house sucks so I wanted to try this place out, she got me a good deal for $18 man and pedi. They're all really nice and really good. Theres competition out there, but by far is the cheapest and worth every buck. There arent cons to this place, they care about you and dont bribe you and force to add other things ontop of what you asked them to do. I didn't do the spa chair and just did the sit at the chair with the vibrating water bucket "spa" Only $15! $18 if I woulda done the actual spa chair. Then I wanted a gel design on my finger nails. But the chick who did my pedicure sucked. I asked her to please clean the cuticles good she just stared at me and smiled. I have come here every month for I don't even know how long. The ladies are nice, the always make sure that you a comfortable. Yes they only have two pedicure chairs but who cares no matter how you get it there they still do an amazing job. I always get full sets or fills and I ask for them to look natural and it always does. They don't force any sales on you and that's my fav part. The person who did my nails was nice, but overall this place is not a great place to get your nails done. The joint itself looks not really clean and it sort of sketchy looking. Also, when I got my acrylics done, they were crooked, there were dips in it, they didn't look natural at all, and they were way too thick. When I went to get a film at a different place, the acrylics were popping up and were a bad shape and just didn't look good. read more

This place had no air conditioning. I was sitting there, fanning myself as the lady who did my nails, was telling me "Gel manicure is better. It lasts longer" No kidding, I already knew that. I got the gel manicure, and the hot pink sparkly color is less than the best. She didn't paint it enough times, because I can still see through it. The paint job on the walls is bad, the nail polish they do have here, looks old. They don't have that many bottles of Essie or OPI. It was $23 for a french gel manicure with the pink color, which look like 909 nails. I wasn't happy with my nails, and the lady who did them, didn't seem to care. They also don't have the tv's volume up. If you're going to have the TV on, put the volume up. Also, my friend waited for what seemed like forever when getting her pedicure even though there was a lady available. Bad customer service. Don't have someone wait. read more

This last time i went i got my nails done, the lady didn't even put the right color on...2 nails are crooked, and when i brushed that under the rug not even 24 hours later one cracked. So that pushed me over, i called and requested a refund.. she told me on the phone she would give me a refund. I went in to the shop, THE OWNER refused to give me a refund.. Rude AF. I went in 4/4 spent 63$ on acrylics that I was displeased with because the 'technician' claimed they were fine, I had clumps of acrylic under my nails, cuts on my fingers from her drill. The next day I spoke to someone who promised a full refund. 15 days later still no refund, when I called to ask where it was they hung up on me. They are rude and don't honor their words.
