Okay, FOUR YEARS later and I'm still here... so obviously they're doing something right. Jesse is my nail saint at this point, I basically just show up and trust the process. She does my hard gel manicures with gel color and ALWAYS gets me right. Holly handles my pedicures and keeps the toes looking cute too. The color and design selection is honestly dangerous because somehow I walk in thinking I know what I want and then suddenly I have 47 colors to choose from. They have SO many options and are always down to make my nail ideas happen. The prices are reasonable, the vibe is always good, and everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I've brought plenty of my friends here too .We come in, hang out, laugh way too much, and leave with cute nails. Four years strong and I'm not going anywhere. I started coming here because I received a gift certificate for Mother's Day a few years ago. And since then; I've been a loyal customer. I go for Tina for my Hard Gel she has a friendly vibe and always kills it for any design request I may have, and Cindy is great with pedicures, as a previous review said, she is very thorough and takes her time! OBSESSED! A complete understatement. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and compliments. I didn't have an appt and they weren't too busy so I was sat down immediately. The pedicure chairs were SO comfortable and the ladies were so nice! Helen did my gel x nails and explained everything to me. She also laid out so many polish options. She told me the owner makes sure to stay on top of trends so they always have the newest polish. I showed her a picture and she matched it exactly. Mia did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gentle on my feet as well. I ended up going with the mini pedicure and regular polish. It was $41. My gel x nails were $65 I think. I can't wait to go back again. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for both a pedicure and a manicure, and clearly stated that I wanted both. After finishing my pedicure, the technician noticed that two other clients had arrived and suddenly tried to rush me out. She told me that my hands didn't need a manicure and that they looked fine as they were. I told her that wasn't acceptable--I was going to a wedding and needed my manicure done as well. She eventually started working on my right hand, but to save time, she used the electric file and ended up thinning my nails too much. I asked her not to use it on my left hand because she was doing a poor job. She finished the manicure very quickly, and the whole situation became quite uncomfortable. I didn't like the service at all. It felt unprofessional and unethical for her to try to push me out just to accommodate other clients. Definitely not coming back. read more

My girlfriend gets her acrylic nails done here regularly by Jesse and she has been happy with the results. She mentioned that she was going to go in and get a pedicure and I haven't had one in ages so I decided to tag along. This was my first time here. The walls are painted with a nice pinkish violet color and the rear wall looks nice with stacked stone. There are a few big screen TVs over the chairs. When we were there, they were playing some TV channel showing boba tea baristas making various colorful drinks which was quite mesmerizing lol. On the rare occasions I get a pedicure, I use the massage chair to the full extent and their chairs are strong with various massage patterns. We both opted for their deluxe pedicure which is one notch below their top package. Kathy did mine and Holly did my girlfriends. It comes with all of the usual stuff including nail and cuticle work, callus removal/foot file, foot and leg scrub, and the hot stones felt real good. I felt like the massage portion was a little brief. Overall, it was a four star experience. read more

I used to like it here very much, service was always great, but now they keep turfing me to the same technician when I walk in who seems miserable to see that I'm her next client - never smiles, always low mumbling in Viet as if she's pissed. I tip well so I don't know if she is the one who has taken ownership of me as a client for the big tip, but it seems that way because I do not request her. One week she randomly bumped the charge up by $5; then when I came for the same service and she wasnt there, I was charged the original price by the mgr. I went for pedi yesterday and they all look at her when I walk in, and she starts mumbling, and let me just say that she was quite aggressive in her cuticle cutting and scrubbing, and I'm feeling like I need to soak my feet in peroxide.
