I decided to get it fixed and wanted it to look perfect if I was paying someone and not DIY. Tom, the owner, assessed it and gave me an estimate. The estimate was higher than other shops in the area but I knew that going in from the other reviews and word of mouth. I decide to go with his shop and schedule the repair. Monday, the day I'm supposed to drop off the van rolls around, and I give a call into the shop just to confirm. Tom says he can't do it this week, and reschedules me for next Monday. I drop off the van the following Monday, and get the van back Thursday. Two phone calls to communicate status and progress in the mean time. The repair looks flawless to me and Tom stated he would stand behind the work if I had any trouble again. He took the time to even show me pictures and explained what the process was. There is a considerable amount of time and effort put into preparation with any paint work, and it is evident they do not cut corners here. Someone did small but important damage to my Ford Fusion. It was important because it would prevent the car from passing inspection due to a damaged headlight and fog light.
