Don't waste your time if you care about your car. a few months ago, I brought my 2013 Audi A5 for a repaint on the hood / buffing and repainting the drivers side to repair some deep scratches. the hood was alright at best but I had to clean up a bit of overspray once I got home. The worst part is that they clearly didn't respray or fix my driver side at all. all the scratches are still visible, yet I was charged almost $300 for the pleasure. The people are clearly lazy and liars... Reply: This shop keep going w the lies. You didn't do any free repair work, I'll bring the bill and my car by for you to see. I would like to see a refund for WASTING my time and lastly it's on the drivers side, not the passenger side pal. look pal you spend way too much work time on this, I ain't gonna go back and forth w you on yelp. No brotha, you never walked around w me after and those scratches were there when I brought it in to you. Once again I needed their family owned companies help and the company over did themselves once again. I needed an estimate for a job that needed to be done but there was no rush on the estimate but not once did they do it in less the 24hour they got the total estimate of everything, even from another company that the subcontract protected film that goes on your car. read more

I made appointment with them one month out only to find out the week before the date, that they had deleted my appointment due to their misunderstanding (as I didn't explicitly tell them to do so). Paulo told me that I would have to wait another month for the next availability. I asked when they deleted my appointment, but they 'didn't remember' the details. I am truly disappointed in Paulo as Mass 1 was recommended to me. I did tell them i was going to look but I didn't cancel the appointment as I told Paulo that I was going to call back if I had found another /closer auto repair shop. Not sure what confirming the appointment means as he did not not explain that part of it to me. read more

I had an alignment done when I dropped off my car for repairs and they said they had to send it next store for the alignment. My car seemed to be better but not completely so I called and told them my car still wasn't driving straight and I had the receipt for my service. They told me they'd have to charge me again to give me another alignment. : ( I just moved here from out of state and banged up my bumper pretty bad. My grandmother recommended that I go here and I'm really glad I did. I wanted a quick fix and not a full repair. I believe Apollo is who I spoke with. He was very nice and I felt like I could trust him. They fixed my car the next day and was on time and very very reasonable. He also gave me an estimate for the full repair when I'm ready. We went to Mass 1 Auto Body - from the very first call - left a message and they returned the call within an hour, to the pick up time it was a very pleasant experience. They dealt with the insurance company and I did not need to get involved at all. If I called, emailed or stopped by they were very good and answered all of my questions. After an unfortunate accident, I went to Mass 1 Auto body on the recommendation of my mechanic. I was told it would be a 3-4 week turnaround depending on if they found more damage than my insurance appraiser documented. Though they weren't overly communicative, they answered all questions I had and followed up phone calls when I made inquiries. They did great work and kept parts that weren't fully destroyed in case I wanted them. They even offered extras that came w/ replacement parts at no charge! Everyone was very friendly and the work was very well done. Though I hope I never need them again, I highly recommend their service. Just beware that since they are "popular" you may have to wait a bit to get your vehicle back. read more
