There is a lot of "oh that's not what I said" as far as even telling me my first payment he was off three weeks. Then I told him of the issue for the second time since it has only been two weeks. He told me if there is any issue to come see him so he can have his mechanic check it out. Went to have it checked what do you know "oh I didn't say today". He clearly said today. Then, the issue with the windshield he said he would replace asap, or having somewhere he could have my stereo swapped the next day. I get it is a buy here pay here. Don't say what you don't mean. They always say you will only find bad reviews no one will take the time to do a good review. In this case, that's correct. If I can help someone else in their decision if they are debating I have paid it forward. If you have met him he is very vocal of being religious, to get on his level I will describe him as a wolf in sheep's clothing.

After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

The unique color and model of my wife's new dream car is what motivated me to travel that kind of distance for her. My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are!
