Andrew and Steve are not just stone masons and have excellent skills in both interior and exterior construction that comes in handy when the unforeseen glitch pops up. For example they were able to reinforce the floor to support the very heavy weight of the pad and stove. While working in the basement on the floor reinforcement, Andrew noticed that there was a bump in the basement concrete floor that I lamented had been tripping me every time I did the laundry. Without hesitation, he went to his truck for some tools and remedied that rather large bump at no additional charge. Steve is an artisan, and created a real show piece backdrop to the Vermont castings red stove. The pattern and color variation he put forth is truly amazing and far exceeded my expectations. There was one stone that I felt was a little off in color, and they had no pushback, and were completely open to replacing it albeit while the stone had not fully set, but it was obvious their goal was 100% customer satisfaction. The cuts for outlets, windows, and ceilings were flawless and the mortar joints between stones was applied perfectly. I learned that Andrew is a 2nd generation mason, and he and Steve had been training under his dad since they were kids. I had to travel out of town, and had no worries leaving them the keys to finish the job. They are great communicators and completely trust-worthy. When icy cold rain was forecast Andrew called the night before to alert me of the threatening weather and left it that he would revisit the workday in the morning. He called bright and early to "ASK" if we could postpone a day as he would be cutting the stone and mixing mortar outside. I of course agreed. They also coordinated with the stove installers to help wrangle the very heavy stove pad onto the frame they had built. Andrew and Steve are team players and also a great team, with complimentary skills and eyes that truly ensures a beautiful job. They cleaned up every day and left the job, spotless with no debris. They have my highest recommendation and can handle any masonry job at hand. 6 Stars out of 5!!!!!

Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business? As I got older I would have more and more issues moving those heavy five-gallon cans of coating. I then decided to hire someone to do this heavy lifting for me. Upon a recommendation of a neighbor, I contacted Todd from Pinnacle Pavement to recoat my driveway. I haven't looked back since. Pinnacle has now been doing my recoating for many years now and for a price that rivals the cost that I would incur buying the gallons of coating I would need when doing it myself. Watching Todd work is like looking at a master at his craft. Never a wasted movement as his wields his squeegee in a fine ballet spreading the coating evenly down the driveway. My driveway never looks better when he is done.

Some quick measurements and they were on their way. Very reasonable pricing, so I booked them to reseal our driveway. Due to some heavy weeks of rain, it was one week longer than originally quoted, but it rained just about every single day. They actually rescheduled for a Sunday (10am-2pm arrival) and they were here at 11:30am and completed within an hour, as our driveway is not massive. Filled in some of the larger cracks and squeegeed the driveway with a nice heavy seal. Super consistent coverage and made sure to tape off the driveway before leaving. Very friendly and left absolutely no mess behind. Highly recommend.

John installed a 1020 sq foot patio for me 4 years ago. A month after install we started having…read moreissues with spots and haziness all over it. John did come back to TRY and fix it several times over the course of four years, but it continued to get worse the more he messed with it. It would look good for the first week and after that, it would look worse than before. He has sealed it now 5 times and even used xylene once. We believe he has over sealed it and now refuses to fix it. We have been dealing with this nightmare with him since installing our patio. The patio needs to have all the sealer stripped off. And John does not want to do this probably because he realizes it's gonna be a lot of work to strip this size patio and expensive. John is very difficult to deal with when he makes mistakes. Every contractor in the business of concrete has an issue at some point with sealing a patio. Unfortunately mine was the one for him. It would be nice if he could just be a stand-up businessman and fix his mistake. 1020 ft.² of patio cost a lot of money that John got paid to do this job. And the finished product is definitely not satisfactory work. It's even cracking in about 5 different sections now and crumbling apart. I believe this job was too big for John to handle. I suggest if you have a big patio you want poured do not use this company.
