I have to be honest....they get 2 stars just for the professionalism of their workers. But the…read moremanagement of my repair job would embarrass any organization. The job was supposed to take 2-3 days...it took 3 whole months, with multiple visits that I had to be home for, all to re-adjust and repair a miscalculation done by the company owner who did the site survey...somehow he didn't realize after his inspections that my chimney pipe was not straight! The fact that he somehow missed this simple offset caused multiple delays, additions to the work, recalculations, waiting for parts, and readjusting work that had already been done. And after all that inconvenience, there was no offer by the company to make things right...only complaining about how much more money THEY had to spend to correct their mistake. Chimney "Scientists"? Hardly!
