Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

I couldn't have found a better situation for me and my dog, Kayla's great to him and for us. Couldn't have a better situation for us since I travel a lot for work. So dependable and it's obvious to me that my dog really digs her. She just doesn't come over to feed and let him out but takes extra time to play a little and let him work off some energy. The cut wraps around underneath his right front leg. I had talked to the groomer, Natalie, about getting him back in for a full groom before I discovered the cut. She told me he is a "high energy" dog and that I need to walk him 30 minutes before bringing him. Can you say "rude?" He's a 1 year old Yorkie! What would you expect? Natalie also has never trimmed his nails because she doesn't want to "stress him." She should not be a groomer. Don't trust them with your babies!!!

I thought she would hide her whole time at the Inn, but to our surprise it was the opposite. During our daily updates we learned after the first 2 days of being shy she opened up to the staff. She enjoyed spending time with them, petting, scratches and followed them around, the word velcro kitty was used one day. She was very well taken care of during her stay. She is already scheduled for another stay at the Inn.

Warning PetMe Grooming and Supplies in Saginaw…read more Last week, I took my 2 yr old dog Lucky to PetMe for grooming. My husband and I go to pick him up and we notice that his eye is red and swollen. He could barely keep it opened. He was shaking and scared. We immediately go back in to the store and ask to speak to the owner. They put us on the phone with him and he tries to tell us we brought him in like that. We did Not! ‍ We had to rush him to VCA Saginaw Animal Hospital. He was diagnosed with a Corneal Ulcer caused by trauma to the eye. The owner denies he or his employees did anything to cause trauma to my dogs eye. He refuses to take any responsibility. He says he will not reimburse us for the vet bill which we are now at $450. So please beware! Do not take your fur babies to this place.
