You'll never meet a cat vet that doesn't love cats more than here. Prices are typically a little more affordable than Collin county cat hospital. My 5 year old ragdoll had to have a teeth cleaning and extractions and they did a great job. It would've been a lot more expensive elsewhere I'm sure. read more

After over 10 years and 8 cats, I left Hartland in April 2022 because, and only because, of deplorable office staff and lackadaisical attention to care. Staff here has been declining in recent years, but this problem has reached critical mass of horrible. I just had to put my beloved Seven down this afternoon because of a large tumor in her urethra that was NEVER DIAGNOSED by Hartland Cat Hospital despite numerous renal related visits over the past 2 years. She had a 3cm mass that was never found by Hartland. When I got copies of Seven's records from Hartland in April, the records show repeatedly that diagnostic measures were "declined" by me repeatedly. This is absolutely not true ad NO ONE ever even asked me or told me that this needed to be done. Staff simply put that I "refused" when I wasn't even called or asked presumably because it was too much trouble to let me know. The last time I had her there in March 2022, they were more concerned about trimming her nails and charging me an ER visit even though she spent the night before the "vet visit" at their facility. Office manager and staff are unbelievably rude, cold & uninformed. I actually believed in Hartland so much that I drove all the way from downtown Dallas to take my cats there for 4 years. Dr. Hartland is an incredible, empathic and understanding lady and very knowledgeable vet. Unfortunately, she has relegated all decisions and interaction with clients to her constantly changing and uncaring staff. All of her "good" vet techs are gone and office staff is deplorable. My cat had to die today because her staff pencil-whipped her care for over 2 years and blamed it on me. read more

So as someone who has a rare British Shorthair breed and is absolutely in love with my cat, it is super important that I give her the best care. I have gone to 4 other vets in the metroplex, one of them also being a cat only vet, and none compare to Dr.Hartland. Everytime my cat has an issue and goes to see Dr.Hartland, she's all better ASAP. Diagnosis is always right and care is great. I recently got a kitten from a shelter as well. He had horrible eye issues, I took him to 2 different vets... None of them diagnosed him properly and they told me he for sure didn't have an ulcer. The poor baby was bleeding from his eye. Sure enough, I take him to Dr.Hartland and she diagnosis him correctly and he's all better within a few days... and he did have an ulcer, it was so obvious. I have lived in Arlington and Dallas and make the drive to Euless to see Dr.Hartland. Your baby will be in the best care. She's very sweet with the cats and I love her office. My only thing is that I hope the staff working there is happy. The staff has been super sweet but I have read bad things from the ppl who work there on Indeed and it's important to me that my money is supporting a clinic that not only cares for the animals there but the humans too. read more

Dr Hartland saved my cat's life! He rapidly lost weight, looked emaciated, no energy and wouldn't eat. I feared the worse. I researched the internet as local vets were stumped abt his condition. Also, in waiting rooms, barking dogs terrified my cat so much that an examination was nearly impossible. Hartland's is so calm and quiet... Cats ONLY! It smells good and is pretty. Dr Hartland is truly a "Cat Whisperer!" Her staff is kind and caring! In 40 minutes, my cat was diagnosed and treated with severe constipation that he's apparently had his whole life and no local vet diagnosed! (I live in Garland.) He was given an enema, bathed, ears and eyes cleaned, nails trimmed. Dr H gave me stool softener and quartered laxative pills that he gets daily. He is a new cat!!! Too bad he had to go 12 years without adequate help. But, his remaining years will be quality bec of Dr Harland!!! My cat and I give her staff and her 10 stars!!! read more

Attention, Cat lovers! Hartland Cat Hospital is amazing! I love everyone here, and what they do for my kitties. Dr. Hartland and her staff are absolutely amazing, and I could never take my cats anywhere else. We found Hartland Cat Hospital by accident, while checking out the surrounding area after we transplanted here from California. Its completely cat only facility, which puts the cats a little at ease. Our cats, have been here for everything, including shots, dental cleaning, random "mommy is worried, what is that, omg!, let's google it" check ups, and saving the life of our new little kitten, found roaming our neighborhood. I cannot emphasize how absolutely amazing this place is, and the patience and love they show for the cats. They are awesome at getting us in for appointments, answering our questions, and teaching us something new about our cats. Right now, they have three awesome cats up for adoption. Two are mother (zoie) and son (zane) and they would love it, if someone could adopt both. **Pics included** Sally is another cat, and she is hilarious, playful, and a super princess! My BF would kill me if I brought home another cat, so heads up if anyone is interested. Way overpriced. Front staff is inefficient. Wait to pick up and pay was insane. Cat was here for two days for IVs and vet tech mentioned he had twisted himself up in the line, not sure why, put an alarm on the line in case he does it again. I came to visit him in between and they brought him in the room, more scrawny and sick then when I brought him in. He seemed odd and anxious although he was happy to see me. Then he jumped up on a chair and peed the longest I've ever seen him pee. He was on an IV for 24 hours and hadn't been able to pee because he didn't like the litter. I get that happens, but when a cat is on fluids, don't you think you should monitor the litter box to see if the cat has urinated? Several people recommended Hartland, I'm sure Dr. Hartland is great. Support staff is just inefficient, maybe due to the volume of patients. I'm still waiting to pick up my cat and I've been here for 40 minutes. Ridiculous. read more

If you have a cat - this is the place you need to take it. I'm not going to go into all the emotional details of having a sick cat and all the great service Hartland provide (everyone has already done that in their reviews.) One of the main things that separates this animal hospital from all the others is that this place only services cats. There are no huge dogs or other animals in a tiny over crowded lobby barking, smelling, sniffing, etc (all the things that would spook and stress an already sick cat.) When you bring your cat into this place it is spacious, quiet and only has other cats. The staff is almost exclusively female which (for some reason or another) cats seem to respond to in a positive way (male or female.) There is drop off service and appointment service which works great depending on your situation. If you do actually get an appointment with Dr Hartland you will find she is very professional, methodical and caring with the cats (as is her staff.) A few items of note (I will not call them criticisms - although I think I just did:) 1. This cat hospital is a premium specialized service so expect the services to cost you accordingly. This hospital is not shockingly expensive nor is it a cheap cost. 2. There seems (I say seems because I am only visiting a couple of times a year unless it's an urgent care item in which I'm there 10 times in a few months) to be a little bit of a frequent turnover of the front staff and tech staff. This makes it hard to get to know the people you're handing your cat too. At my previous vet (years ago) it was the same staff for a little over 30 years and they all knew each one of my pets and my entire family for the past 30 years. This does not impact that actual service and treatment to your cat - I have always gotten great treatment of my cats. 3. Hartland charges a premium for your cat meds. You can save a few bucks by buying your required meds from an online pet meds service. In some cases, you can save a substantial amount of money by purchasing through an online pet pharmacy (for the exact same product.) Example, for a common antibiotic Clavamox 15ml - you can get this for $16 at any one of the big online pet pharmacies. I think I paid $47 for the same dosage at Hartland (not a huge deal but it can add up quickly if you have to purchase a lot.) Overall, this is the place to take your cat to for medical care - love this place. read more

I was referred to Dr Hartland via an old friend and I've been a "patient" there for about six or seven years now. Dr. Hartland is truly blessed in her medical abilities as well as her compassion. I had to put one of my cats to sleep about three years ago, and Dr Hartland and her staff were the best one could hope for under such difficult circumstances. I even received a condolance card in the mail signed by every staff member. I still have it. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is due to some inconsistencies in their front desk operations... (such as being put on hold and never getting through - more than once), there seems to be a breakdown of communication with the clerical staff and the nurses/Dr. This is a minor irritant, and I know turnover is probably much higher in a clerical/reception position, causing some of the issues, but it's been fairly ongoing. That said, however, I'd never want to have to leave my cats under the care of anyone else. This hospital is remarkable - even instrumental the loss of the cat I'd had for 12 years. Dr. Hartland and her team are fabulous. I love that they focus on cats and enjoy dealing with cats. So many vets and groomers are in the business because they like dogs, but they don't know how to manage cats and compensate for it by man-handling them. This is a great place for cats and their "people". I've been taking my cats to Hartland Cat Hospital for about 7 years, and we've had consistently good experiences. The staff really likes cats, and is gentle and respectful when caring for them. They've been prompt about communicating test results and helping me to understand my cats' health. When my older kitty started having kidney problems, they helped me treat her--literally on a week to week basis--and the prices were reasonable. They even sent me a condolence card when she passed away (even though it occurred at a different pet hospital). Hartland Cat Hospital also cares for stray and abandoneed cats, when necessary, and helps them to find homes. They carry prescription cat food (at prices competitive with major pet chains) and fill prescription medication. Fantastic vet for cat lovers! read more

I have to leave an updated review after an absolutely unbelievable experience. My family has been using Hartland for YEARS. My in laws take their cats here too, and I had referred a friend with multiple cats to Hartland who also used them for quite some time. We will never be going back. Last month, my perfectly healthy 5 year old cat was due for his annual exam and vaccines. We happened to be starting a remodeling project in our house, and with contractors coming in and out leaving the door wide open, using loud power tools, and the strong smell of wet paint fumes, we decided it was best to get all people and pets out of the house. My family and my dog stayed with a relative, but they are highly allergic to cats. Since we had an appointment coming up at Hartland anyway, we asked if we could board him there for a few days until things settled back down at the house. They had space for him and it seemed like a perfect solution. We dropped him off on a Monday and he was to have his exam either Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I got a routine voicemail from their front desk asking "how he was doing after his appointment." I rolled my eyes and didn't call back because THEY were the ones who had him and should know how he was doing, and I figured the front desk girl just wasn't up to speed yet. On Wednesday, I called them and asked if he could stay a bit longer because our house still wasn't livable. No problem. On Friday, the same front desk girl called me again "to see how he was doing" and this time I answered a bit annoyed and said "You tell me, he's been boarded with you since Monday." She seemed extremely confused and then apologized awkwardly and said "oh yeah he's fine haha." I asked if they needed us to bring him any more food, and they said no he was all set. On Monday (one week later), my husband went to pick him up. He blindly paid the bill and took him home. When I got home from work a few hours later, I noticed the charges were nearly twice as expensive as we had anticipated. I started reading the itemized list of "services" provided and this is where it gets crazy. In addition to the annual exam and week of boarding I was charged for: - feeding assist through a tube or syringe twice a day for four days - two doses of an appetite stimulant drug - subcutaneous fluids - a soapy water enema - and an X-ray which they then subtracted from the bill??? By the time I wrapped my head around this of course they were closed. I was upset the entire night, not to mention our absolutely TRAUMATIZED cat did nothing but walk around the house howling, couldn't even eat or use the litter box til the next day. I called them the next morning as soon as they opened and when I was finally put in touch with a manager she explained to me that he didn't eat anything on Monday or Tuesday so when Wednesday rolled around, they started force feeding him along with the other completely unnecessary drugs and interventions. NOT ONCE did anyone from Hartland ever call me to let me know his appetite was an issue, ask if I'd like to pick him up, or ask for my consent to continue with interventions. To add insult to injury, we spoke to them no less than THREE TIMES that week on the phone and were always told everything was "fine," and every time we got a call FROM them, they were absolutely clueless our cat was still in their care, because they kept asking US how he was doing. Then, they have the audacity to bill us for this ridiculousness, and told us "in the future, he's probably not a great candidate for boarding here." In the week we thought we were doing right by our cat getting him out of a chaotic household and somewhere safe, he was instead poked, prodded, literally injected, force fed, and absolutely terrorized. When you board a cat at Hartland you're required to fill out a form which includes a check box consenting to interventions in the case of illness or emergency as well as a check box REQUIRING them to contact you if any interventions are needed. I checked both, and they absolutely neglected to uphold their end of this contract. Completely horrified, I relayed this entire experience to the friend I mentioned referring to Hartland a few years ago at the beginning of this review. She told me she had had a similar experience where they actually PERFORMED SURGERY on her cat while being boarded without her informed consent. Surgery!!! Its been a few weeks and I am still absolutely beside myself. Their solution was to refund me for the medical interventions I was never informed about, but still charge me for the exam and boarding. I've cut my losses and will never be back, and am telling everyone I know the same. My in laws, who are crazy cat people and have taken millions of cats there are livid and probably won't be back either. So they've already lost multiple long time customers from this and my friend's experience. The staff at Hartland is completely incompetent and not to be trusted. read more

I brought my senior cat who has kidney disease here in August after we moved and needed a good vet. I read the reviews ahead of time about long wait times but decided that would be OK if my cat got what he needed. Our first appointment we were there for two hours and sat in the exam room for one hour waiting to see the vet. She recommended an echocardiogram which is not cheap and we did that. They wanted me to drop him off for the whole day to do the echo and I asked if we could do it within one or two hours since I live far away. They told me they would do him first (someone else comes in and does the echo and sends it off for a report) and I could pick him up after an hour or so. He ended up being there for over three hours and I had to wait in a nearby restaurant to kill time. I understand some things take longer but they made it clear to me that it would not take very long and I could pick him up soon after. When I pulled in to pick him up I saw the person who does the echo leaving for the day, which made me believe my cat was not done first. I expected the vet would call me with the echo results but she never did, the technician called me and gave me the information that there were "some changes with his heart which was probably from his blood pressure". I asked them to email me the results since the vet never went over them with me. They had me bring my cat back for a recheck every single month to check blood pressure and lab work and there were never adjustments to his medications because things looked ok, but had me continue to bring him often. I never saw the vet again, only the very first visit. Never spoke to her again either. My cat started having other symptoms so I called them and asked if they could do a full thyroid panel, including free T4 and T3. The lady at the front said they could but would put me on hold to double check in the back, she checked in the back and she told me they could in fact do a full thyroid panel. They said I could bring him anytime between 12-3 during the week. I left work early to get my cat there before 3 PM. When I got there I explained why we were there. They took him to the back and after 30 minutes the technician came back and said his blood pressure looked OK and they would run his comprehensive lab work. I told her we were not there for that, but for thyroid panel. She told me they do not offer a full panel, t4 only. I explained that I double and triple checked before bringing my cat and and was told that they do. I asked if they could at least send the blood to another lab to do a full panel, and she said she did not know and could take more blood to hold it and find out the next day. The technician mentioned that my cat had a thyroid test for T4 in August and it was fine, I explained to her that no he was in the gray zone and now he's having symptoms. She said that if they're in the gray zone they usually continue to re-check the T4 and they could re-check it again today. I felt a little bit upset that he was in the gray zone three months ago and they did not continue to look at his thyroid again during any of the other three or four rechecks since that first visit. I only know he was in a gray zone because I asked him to email me his results a few days ago. The vet never mentioned any of this to me and did not continue to check his thyroid. I asked what they do if the T4 was high and she said they start them on medication and never do a full thyroid panel and explained that cats and dogs are different and a cat doesn't need full panel. " Panel of tests including T3, T4, and FT4-ED. Together these results aid in diagnosing cats with clinical signs of hyperthyroidism but normal T4 results."- per A&M Per Cornell- " Many cats become hyperthyroid as they age. Thyroid levels are also affected by nutrition, disease states (particularly liver and kidney disease), medications, etc. The most comprehensive panel offered by the laboratory is the Feline Thyroid Panel, which includes T4, T3, free T4 by equilibrium dialysis and TSH. This would be the most useful in assessing a cat with many health problems." My cat has kidney disease and hypertension. That's fine if the vet doesn't offer it, but again I double checked and they told me that they did. I am not comfortable starting my cat on a medication when he has other health issues without a full comprehensive panel to know what is going on. I ended up just leaving. I will be taking him to a different vet. I feel like they do not listen to me, during rechecks I would explain that my cat had increased thirst and urination but nobody ever discussed my concerns with me. I would fill out that my cat was on sub Q fluids and later get a phone call that they think I should add fluids, and I explained he was already on fluids and I told the vet that at the first visit and filled it out on the paperwork every time we came for a recheck. I just think they are not paying attention. Very disappointing. read more

I have used Hartland Cat Hospital since 2009 when I became dissatisfied with the retail chain vet I had been using. I wanted a vet who knew kitties and HCH certainly does. With two cats, we have experienced spaying, bladder stone surgery, emergency stitches, and cancer surgery, besides years of wellness exams. Even when we became full time RVers, we kept using the clinic, and just scheduled yearly stops for the wellness exams. We recently settled down in a house again, far from North Texas and thoroughly miss the quality of veterinary care we received at HCH compared to where we live now. Our older cat had a tumor that Dr. Hartland removed and pathology said that she had removed all of it, but cancer being cancer, it came back. We chose to just love on her for what time she had left. We had to visit a relative when our cat was getting pretty weak and on our return trip, she took a turn for the worse in Amarillo. Rather than visit an emergency clinic there to get her euthanized, we drove to Euless to have Dr. Hartland perform the procedure because we knew that she and her staff would give our kitty girl and us the love and support during a difficult time. Since we were traveling with our other cat, too, they made sure to offer her food, water, and a litter box. Hartland Cat Hospital is phenomenal. read more

Just recently had to help our old beloved kitty to pass on. Dr. Hartland and her staff were simply magnificent in this procedure and it eases our minds to know that he passed along as easily as it is possible. First off, I have never yet seen a Vets Assistant as professional and accomplished as the young lady that assists Dr. Hartland. She is very caring and compassionate and we thank her. Dr. Hartland is without doubt the most caring and compassionate Vet that we have ever come across. She was hands on and very caring during the procedure. We were with our kitty through the ordeal to help him as much as possible. The Dr. and staff were very comfortable with this. This is a sad task that pet owners have the responsibility of doing for our pets, and we have gone through it several times in the last thirty years, and this was the best of all the experiences we have been through, even though the procedure is the worst of experiences. The entire hospital is decorated with adorable cat trinkets, pictures and paintings, all symbols of this hospital's dedication to those little feline critters. Dr. Hartland's staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Jenny, who calls with a promised daily update on your kitty's condition! I have taken one kitty in for a routine teeth cleaning and another one for a more serious condition (which could have killed her), both were treated with the best of care. I'v been taking my kitties to Dr. Heartland for years but it seems her practice is really going down hill. I took my Bella in for her annual exam and rabies shot. She is now in emergancy care hospital on an IV drip with a fever of 105+! She was lathargic the day after her visit so I called Heartland and they said to drop her off any time. Will, I'm retired so I'm not just leaving my kitty there to sit in a cage all day so I set an appointment and 4:30 was the earliest. By then, Bella as begining to eat a bit but I brought her in anyway. They gave her fluids, antibiotics and an appitite stimulant. We got home and Bella was making prograss walking around and eating on her own. The next morning we were back to square one only worse. I called Heartland again and they said Dr. Heartland was off that day and I know the next day is her surgery day so Friday would be the soonest. I had to find another vet for Bella ASAP. The new vet was stunned at the reacton to a rabies shot and gave her more fluids and B12 shot along with a steriod shot. Said if she didn't make progress to come back the next morning. Bella was not making any progress so she is now in emergancy 24 hr. care with a IV dripline to try to bring down her fever. I'm just devistated at this turn of events due to a rabies shot! I had all the faith in the world with Dr. Heartland until now. I won't be back. read more

Dr. Hartland is an awesome, maybe semi-crazy cat lady who has a veterinary medicine degree and treats your cats like her own. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and I have no problem trusting them with my cats. My mom found her a few years ago while seeking a second opinion for her cat, Wendy, who had sores on her face and ears. The general practice vet she was seeing diagnosed her with a fatal condition and my mom was distraught about possibly putting her down. She stumbled across Dr. Hartland and took the chance to take Wendy to an all feline practice and see if the diagnosis would be the same. It turned out that Wendy was NOT sick, she simply had a sensitive reaction to mosquito bites she got in the backyard, and Dr. Hartland recommended using a sensitive skin insect repellent on Wendy every time she went outside . Within a few days of doing this the sores cleared up completely. Dr. Hartland saved my mom's cat's life. I now take my three cats, who love to sit in my lap in the dog-free waiting room, to her for everything they need. She even offered me a payment plan to get two of them "fixed" around the same time. And she takes her time with you, gives your kitty plenty of kisses and never lets you leave without a catnip toy. I am so grateful to have a place like this near me. Dr. Hartland and her staff are wonderful. They put not only my cat but myself and my husband at ease. Our first trip we expected to find out my older cat had arthritis but it turned out she had kidney failure. She spent some time in Hartland Cat Hospital to receive IV fluids and made a remarkable recovery which allowed us to have her some extra time. When it was time to let her go it was 30 minutes after the close of the clinic but I called anyway and was told to come on anyway and they would wait for us. Kittie went peacefully in a controlled situation with the help of Dr. Hartland and staff. We will be forever grateful. read more

Our poor cat Zero had something weird going on with his skin so we took him here based mostly on the fact that we pass it often and the building is pretty. Also, I've never really been a cat person but I married one so I was intrigued that there was a cat-only vet option at all. The building is indeed really fancy and pretty on the inside and they make it smell really good in there. Our kitty is no fan of being out and about so he prompty pooped in his carrier and the front desk people said they'd give us another one. They did and he promptly peed in it. So, while I felt the front desk people were being a little aloof, another staff person suggested putting us in an empty exam room instead of ruining another carrier. Zero was happier with that situation. Dr. Hartland just exudes sweetness and she probably could have sold us on anything but really all that needed to be done was for crazy Zero to be put under so he'd stop hissing and trying to scratch everyone, which was stressful for everyone. She said they COULD towel him and just do what they had to do but it'd only make Zero more upset. I did fear that she was giving us the hard sell on the sedation because it was going to be really expensive or something but it ended up only being $30. They did blood work, tested his skin rash, give him a soothing oatmeal bath, and then give him a steroid shot and I thought all of that sounded like it was going to be really expensive but it didn't end up too bad, the prices seemed pretty consistent with what my husband has paid at other places for similiar services. And they sent us home with some of the oatmeal bath so that was nice. We'll definitly plan to return to Hartland for any further cat maladies (hopefully not too often, though!) read more

Dr. Bonnie Hartland is simply the greatest. The hospital deals exclusively with cats, and we have been going to her for about 10 years. She is very thorough, competent, and careful. She explains every issue in great detail, answers all questions and makes sure you have every option available including outside referrals. When the time comes, she will tell you when she thinks it is time to let your pet go. She is the most caring and the most compassionate person we have ever met. She pulls no punches, but you could never find anyone else who shares your pain or cares so much about your cat as she does. Words fail. She is simply remarkable and truly one of a kind. She laughs with you, and she cries with you. Your pet is the center of her world when she is with you. You cannot find anyone any better that Dr. Bonnie Hartland. read more

I brought my cat there because she was having some health concerns. This is not the place to go if you're in a hurry because the waiting time is similar to that of a doctor's office for humans. While Dr. Hartland is warm and caring, the same can't be said of most of her staff. After a diagnosis of Hyperthyroidism, and medicine prescribed for the condition as well as to treat the ongoing vomiting issue, we were on our way. Dr. Hartland did want a follow up visit which we decided would be when I boarded her in July for 8 nights. When I brought my cat back in July to be boarded and for her follow up exam, I filled out all the paperwork indicating an ongoing issue of vomiting, the Hyperthyroidism follow up and another issue. They told me when I booked the appointment that she would need vaccines as they require that for safety & health of the other cats there and I agreed. After spending 25 minutes (most of it waiting) checking her in and going over the paperwork I was finally able to leave. I was told she would be given the vaccines, her medication and exam during her stay. The evening of the day before picking up my cat, there was a voice mail from one of the Hartland technicians with a brief message asking permission of sedate my cat - no other information. The call came in at 5:27 pm (after closing) and during my return flight. I immediately called Hartland but received their voice mail and left a message. I never heard back and was worried all night! I called in the morning again as soon as they opened and was told they needed to sedate my cat to perform the exam as she had recently become distraught. I got there as quickly as I could. The receptionist told me that everything was fine until a couple of days prior when my cat suddenly became agitated and they couldn't perform an exam - very strange that for the 5 days before that she was calm. She also told they they had called me a couple of times (untrue as my cell phone has caller id). The technician came out and explained they were unable to do the exam because my cat has became upset a couple of days ago. When I asked about the other issues - vomiting, etc. - she said it was fine. When I questioned her about what caused my cat to become so upset she didn't know. As to why the exam (and vaccinations) wasn't done soon after my cat began boarding the technician replied they were "busy". She suggested I book another appointment to bring my cat back. Really?! I live 25 miles away! And what about the vaccinations that were required for the health & safety of the other cats? At least they only charged me for boarding. I'm sure Dr. Hartland is a great vet but she doesn't seem to be very involved with the business aspect of her practice which is unfortunate. My poor cat was so traumatized after her stay at Hartland Cat Hospital I won't be bringing her back and will find another vet that has a better managed practice! read more

Dr. Hartland truly cares about cats. She is very kind and always listens to my questions and concerns. My cat has asthma with severe flareups every 6 months or so and she has her on a treatment plan that seems to be working. No other vet in 5 years has been able to help me until I was referred to Dr. Hartland about a year ago. I can't even fully describe how gentle and nice she is. The front desk girls are very pleasant as well. The only problems I've had so far is one time it took a week to refill a medication that my cat needed. That was the only time I've had a problem with that and maybe I should of called the refill in sooner. Most of the techs are very nice but there are one or two that are not as friendly. Normally when I'm in the vet, it's due to an emergency asthma episode so I'm emotional and distraught so I prefer techs that are over accomodating and compassionate. Overall, it is a great business and I have now made them my primary vet/boarding facility. read more
