In the process of discovering the discrepancy, the woman (Cathy) became convinced we were attacking her personally, decided she didn't want to talk to us anymore and left the desk. 10 minutes later another man attempted to have us pay this amount and that they are operating under fixed cost and cannot apply any discount. I paid the amount and came home directly to create a Yelp account and offer our story as a cautionary tale for all those who are uninformed about this dreadful place. Have your hitch installed anywhere but this establishment. They will not honor their promises. They will not remedy broken appointments.
