Ordered a House Special and fried mushrooms. Got 7, not 8, one-topping slices from their counter and burnt mushrooms and sodas.

Long-time weekly customer, but will start ordering from Rustic. Single employee on a Saturday night wasn't checking online orders that were coming in. As a result, we were not able to get the order we paid for.

Ordered a Pale Greek pizza with sausage - Ready and hot on time, looked and tasted perfect! Love the crust :-) Thanks! Update: Still tastes great the next day :-)

$8 Fried Mushrooms about the size of a quarter golf ball.

This review is for the Gansevoort location. This place should be shut down. I paid $50+ (after tax and tip) on two VERY small pizzas ($16 each), a two liter of Mountain Dew ($3) and an order of fried mushrooms that came with exactly 9 very small bites ($8). The food came room temperature at best. I ordered on Mealeo. I tried calling immediately after seeing what I got and they weren't accepting phone calls. Order elsewhere. If I could rate it less than a 1 star I would. Trash!

Hardly any sauce, small pizza for a six cut, mozzarella sticks tasted like they came from freezer and not fresh, all delivered cold.

I got the Dizzy Chicken with Dizzy sauce with the Mac and cheese and collard greens, it was absolutely phenomenal! The chicken was moist and flavorful, Mac and cheese was extremely cheesy but not super heavy on the first bite, the collard greens had a nice kick to add to everything! My boyfriend got the ribs with cornbread and potatoes... the cornbread was moist and a perfect balance of sweet and savory. My boyfriend doesn't like a whole ton of sauce on his ribs but isn't one to say much about altering an order, but he said he had no complaints! The sauce was sweet sauce but they do have other options! Their menu was pretty simple but that was nice after a long day of driving. The service was helpful and comfortable. Jay's cab recommended this and I'm so glad they did. I ordered a ricotta roni I think I thought…read morethey ricotta was going to be mixed in with a tomato sauce but I'm glad that it was put in little logs on the pizza. I did like it a lot. It was very fresh. There was enough pepperoni and I liked the pepperoni. It had a good amount of mozzarella cheese and it was a fresh mozzarella cheese cuz this was the old style section of the menu. I also got a sausage and mushroom pizza I felt like there could have been more sausage and mushroom, and it could have been spread out evenly. That being said I did like it. It had regular mozzarella. I like their sauce. The crust was thin crust which I like and it had a good flavor. They put corn meal on the bottom of the pizza. There's a 20 to 30 minute drive time the pizza was warm when I got home it's been really cold out. I couldn't get it to reheat where the bottom of the crust was super crisp which makes me really just want to go there in person and get a Super Fresh Slice one day. I was despairing of finding a thin crust pizza that taste awesome since I moved but this was one of the best places I've gone to for pizza. My roommate gave it his seal of approval when he said it's not terrible. I've come to the conclusion he has no taste buds. It's a little more expensive than the pizza at the place I used to live at although it could be their prices went up I moved so I have no clue. Good great pizza is always worth the price. And there was enough for both of us and for leftovers and even more leftovers as I got two mediums. I didn't go inside so I don't know anything about what it looks like Ambience lies but I definitely recommend the pizza.

The charm of the inn for me really was the historic features of the building. Built in 1773, the building is a stone structure and really has an old time feel to it. I was surprised by how large and spacious it was, as it does not look big on the outside. Food and service were very good. We were given complementary bread and butter. I ordered the French onion soup and hot turkey sandwich. The French onion soup was one of the best I have tried. I liked the broiled cheese and flavor. Turkey sandwich was quality turkey meat and gravy flavor. I feel you got a lot of food for the price. My husband shared his burger was one of the best he can remember recently. Our table had a view of an outside herb garden. A lovely and memorable dining experience.

This is not the case here - all of the food we had was made in house, and you could taste the difference. The beer battered fries had a thin flaky coating that made them irresistible. The buffalo calamari was cooked perfectly, piled up, and topped with blue cheese crumbles and green onion. Don't even get us started on the boneless wings... also, the ranch and blue cheese dip were out of this world. Guess what? HOME MADE. We came here to watch a Sabres game, since we heard there were a ton of TVs to watch the games. And we ended up being surprised with a fantastic dinner and great service. What a great night.

Stopped in for a late dinner. The place definitely has a sports bar vibe…read more I opted for the Calamari (West Side Original Recipe!) which as flour dusted calamari, scallion, cherry peppers, balsamic glaze reduction, parmesan cheese for $18. Honestly, they had a ton of potential, but they didn't deliver. The calamari was soggy instead of crispy. The balance of other items was pretty off. It looked pretty, but didn't taste good. The calamari was bitter in addition to being soggy. The balsamic glaze added a sweetness, but it wasn't offset by enough salty/spicy. It was served with a tomato sauce that didn't go well with the toppings. It was an odd dish. If it wasn't so late, I might have actually sent it back (which I do probably once every 10 years). Fresher, crispy and less bitter calamari might have been enough to fix the balance. My dinner companion had a sandwich with a bun, lettuce, apple slice, fried chicken, cheese, and bacon. I think it might have been a special. It was ok. It came with Saratoga chips, which is why we picked the restaurant. We wanted to get Saratoga chips in Saratoga. Unfortunately, they were hard and cold and bland. Lots of TVs. Service was meh. I felt like they were put out for serving us. There's a good bar vibe. If I were to eat there again, I would go for beer and wings.
