I eat at Angelina's probably once and week and the food is always consistently great. Their pizza is my idea of a perfect pizza, the sandwiches are delicious, and the fries the best around. Got an order from here last night. Made a mistake an ordered a side Ceasar salad. The price is $6.75 in the smallest to go container with lettuce in it and the ramekin of dressing unit. There was about 6 bites worth. What a rip off. Don't get salads. My order was 92 dollars. Very disappointed read more

We have eaten here many times. There pizza is excellent, thin crust and crispy. We have had there turkey club several times as well, very good. Today we had slices of cheese and pepi pizza, delish. Staff always helpful and friendly, we recommend. read more

After looking for a decent place to get a pizza while on vacation and reading the 41/2 star reviews my husband and I decided to try Angelina's. We ordered a Sicilian cheese pie and an eggplant parmigiana hero. They were very busy and we waited an hour for our order. Unfortunately the Sicilian pie did not meet our expectations. It looked delicious when we opened the box . Although the sauce was good and there was plenty of cheese the dough was tasteless and chewy. The hero on the other hand was delicious and cheesy with a nice tasting sauce . If we decide to go back again we will try the round pie . read more

First visit this past weekend. Had pizza with meatballs and sausage, it was good... thin crust, tasty meats. Also picked up an Italian assorted sub which was very good. Place is hard to find at night... neither sign out front nor the one on the building were lighted. Very odd. read more

The atmosphere leaves quite a bit to be desired, meaning that there is none. Thats not to say the place is dirty or anything like that, but they could make an effort to dress up the place a little. The food, however, is terrific. I had the Chicken Parm dinner, which came with a nice salad, bread, and a choice of pasta. The pasta sauce was quite good, and the chicken was a very nice sized portion, all for $15.99. They also offer double and family size dinners which are reasonably priced. I will certainly be back for takeout, it's good value for your money. read more

A little pricey for what you get in my opinion. They do sometimes have coupons in the Albany coupon book. You know, the big one. New York style pizza, thin crust..sausage is pretty good and seems homemade. If they'd bring their prices down a few bucks per pie and put more toppings, I'd buy pies from.them a lot more frequently. Personally, I like Queen of Hearts pizza in Queensbury better...different style but they don't skimp on cheese or toppings. read more

Wow! Great menu so hard to choose. I had the eggplant parm sub and hubby had sausage, peppers and onion sub. Both were delicious with a nice side salad. The bread was perfectly crispy and the marinara and melted mozzarella were delicious. read more

I was surprised to find pretty good pizza in the Lake George area. This place is located in a strip mall near Hannaford and serves large, thin, NY style slices. I would say there were about 6-8 different varieties available at around 1:00 pm on a Friday. The wife and I sampled 4 different slices: Pepperoni, White, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Buffalo/BBQ Chicken. My favorite was the Buffalo/BBQ Chicken which somehow pulled off both styles on the very same slice. I would say that the White and Pepperoni were both slightly above average. The only disappointment was the Chicken Bacon Ranch, but then again I'm not a big fan of ranch, so it was kind of expected. After driving by this place so many times, I'm glad to finally know that it's legit! read more

The total for 2 dinners came out to under $10 with tax. I ran a quick errand and returned 20 minutes later and waited another 5 minutes, food all set! The service was hectic and acceptable. I drove home 55 minutes away and the dinners were still very hot in the foil containers. I shared the food with my folks, good sized portions for the discounted price! The Penne Ala Vodka had a good hearty flavor, thick sauce in al dente penne pasta. The Linguine with Red Clam Sauce was actually Spaghetti since they ran out of linguine. This dish had plenty of very firm clams on top of the soft spaghetti with chunks of tomatoes, not too heavy tasting. The side salads were fresh. Overall, the dinners we had tasted pretty good! I really enjoy the pizza here. It is tasty and crispy. The sauce is mild and not sweet, not garlicky, just a little bit of tartness. Just how I like it. The crust is light and crispy. a good, simple traditional pie. The salads are also really good with some interesting options. We especially like the fall salad. The people there are all nice and helpful. The restaurant itself never seems too crowded but they seem to do a steady takeout business. Anyway overall my favorite pizza place in the area. read more

Angelina's is a Queensbury staple. The best pizza in the area for sure. The chicken parm is freakin amazing at this place. I highly recommend it! Garlic knots are great and pizza is awesome. Weird staff. Pretty good pizza. Fresh ingredients. Fountain drinks and a drink fridge. Not really a sit down-kinda-place. They have tables inside that makes it seem as though they want people to sit down and stay to eat. The reality is that they're a delivery/ takeout place. They might bring your pizza to your table if you tell them you want to stay there, but do not expect people to wait on you. My advice order a pizza. Pick it up or have them deliver it. If you want to get out of your house and just eat a pizza alone somewhere other than your house.... they have tables here. Go here. Expect that the staff will look at you strangely if you stay. My fiance says he enjoys the pizza here and I had to try it I also ordered a calzone separately. Pizza was amazing, calzone small for the price but plenty of fillings. It was badly burnt on bottom so I peeled it off and ate the top open-faced. If it hadn't been charred I would rate a 5. But, for the price it shouldn't be burned. ​ read more

Just tried the newly located Angelina's and all I can say is PLEASE MOVE BACK! I can't comment on the pizza but my wife had the eggplant parm sub and I had the eggplant parm dinner. I try to never order the same item as my wife so that if we try two different items we can better judge a restaurant. However, we've ordered eggplant at the old location and thought it was good so we tried it again. The eggplant was sliced so very thin so that after DEEP FRYING, a no no it melted such that no eggplant was visible. It was like eating fried breadcrumbs with cheese on top. Eggplant should be pan fried after dipping in flour and egg, maybe some breadcrumbs but not so much breading that you loose the flavor and taste of the eggplant. The linguini was over cooked and the tomato sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can of tomato paste. I don't think there is anything Italian in the joint other than the name Angelina! read more

Solid pizza! Was told that Angelina's was my cousin's go-to place, and he's even a picky eater. When we opened the box upon arrival I was surprised at how big the pie actually was, and it was very hot. They definitely weren't stingy with the toppings either. Delivery driver was nice, as well. This was an extremely SAD experience. It was a simple order of Pizza and Wings. The cheese had compelety slid off the pie into the box and the wings were overcooked. The taste was flat and crust was uneventful. It used to be top knotch...lets blame it on COVID. Ha Ha. Saving grace is that a replacement was immediately offered and the staff was very pleasant. We are staying at a hotel in the area and ordered from here last night. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their food is. Pizza was delicious, kind of a sweeter sauce which I like from time to time. Wings were crispy and saucy! I am from Buffalo born and raised so trust me I know what makes a good wing. I also ordered a side salad and let me tell you it was fantastic!! I know from a pizza place lol. It had mixed greens, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and red onion! Yum! Someone shared their recent positive experience with this place so we gave it a try. I ordered a spicey chicken wrap, a friend ordered the turkey club and two others shared a pepperoni pie. Delivery was quite prompt which is always a treat. Can't profess enough food love for that turkey club (and it wasn't even mine!). Homemade bread and real (not processed) turkey made this sandwich above all others in town. Generous helping of perfectly cooked fries that we all shared. My own wrap was grilled and the chicken had a great kick to it. It was really unexpectedly good. Those who ate the pizza said it wasn't remarkable but still good though we couldn't stop raving about our sandwiches. I know. Epic fail on the visually descriptive words. My bad. I'd love to give them five stars because in the past, the food has always been great. The pizza is great 75 percent of the time. Since changing locations it seems to have slipped a little. The new location is larger and cleaner which is great. Turnaround time has had never been swift but usually worth the wait until the most recent trip where a turkey sub took over 20 minutes. The turkey itself is always fresh oven roasted in house I believe but there was barely any on it. Not sure when or why they changed the rolls from the ones they used at the old place but should consider changing them back... or at least look for another option as the current ones are dry and too large for the small amount of ingredients inside. Service is usually decent but not over the top. Bit pricey for what you get,. $12 for the sub and $6 for the fries... yikes. Would also be nice if they offered online orders. read more

The wait.......... On a Friday or Saturday night it takes at least and hour and a half to get your order. When you get it, the cheese stops halfway between the middle of the pizza and the crust and the toppings are sparse. The family that runs it is great, but someone needs to check the quality control. I used to be quite happy with the service and quality of the food here, but the past few experiences have been dismal. I ordered a pizza and it was delivered undercooked almost to the point of being inedible. It was sloppy, sopping wet with watery sauce and the crust couldn't hold its shape. The cheese wasn't fully melted. The entire thing was falling apart in the box. Even after rewarming it in the oven it still left much to be desired. Customer service is sad. The person taking orders sounded as though she has zero enthusiasm. The monotone dialogue and talking over the customer was unattractive. I don't expect much, but a simple "thank you" or "goodbye" at the end of the order before abruptly and awkwardly hanging up on the call would have gone a long way. It's just the polite thing to do in any situation, but especially in a place of business. I have no qualms paying for quality and I don't think the people who work there are bad people. I'm a polite and friendly person in general. We got a thin crust half cheese half pepperoni. Was served piping hot on a raised pan at the table. The crust was tender on top, crisp on the bottom, cheese was ample, gooey and amazing.
