I hate to give this place a low review. The facility is great! The place is clean lots of cages. Can't say enough about how nice it is inside. That being said they need to get someone trained who can work the front counter. The line was long and the female cashier did not know what she was doing at all! Finally some yelled to her if she needed help. She says no. She been trying to help this one customer for over ten minutes. I told the guy yes she did need help. They sent over some other guy and next thing you know he is asking her how to print the receipt. I'm just laughed to myself think your asking the wrong person. Finally the manager came out to help and felt he needed to give the guy who didn't know what he was doing a hug for doing such a great job. Reminds me of the Domingo Ayala video where you give the guy high five for striking out like he hit a dinger. read more

We used the pitching machines/cages yesterday for the first time during a team practice. The facility is impressive & super clean, but that's not why I'm giving it 5 stars. We arrived early to check it out. Every staff member we came in contact with asked how they could help. During practice I went to read the membership menu out of curiosity. The gal at the counter saw me reading and offered a ton of great information. I didn't purchase one yesterday, but likely will. In our two hours there, I witnessed nothing but positive customer interaction from the D-Bat staff. One of the instructors (not with our team) was waking the aisle & just randomly high-fived one of our kids. It's all the little things added up that make it 5 stars for me. We have been members at D-Bat Temecula since it opened. My 10 year old has been taking a 30 minute lesson once a week from Dennis for over a month now and his hitting has improved by leaps and bounds. You might be able to get lessons cheaper somewhere else but the quality of instruction at D-Bat is worth the extra money. Dennis always tailors lessons to fit my son's needs and changes things up when necessary. He engages my son, listens to him, and takes the time to answer his questions. My son looks up to him and sees him as a mentor and a buddy. Dennis, Matt Hinds, and everyone else we have encountered at D-Bat has been nothing short of awesome and we are so happy to have a great place for our crazy baseball family to hang out. read more

I would not recommend this facility or it's staff. Very expensive for what it is. Machines are not accurate and the staff is arrogant and makes promises it does not keep. Please spend your money else where it better yet, just go to a local park. read more

I stopped by here based on yelp reviews and was blown away! The facility itself is beautiful, clean and very organized. Matt at the front desk was very helpful and took care of all of our scheduling needs. He went above any beyond to ensure we were all set. My son worked with Kyle and Mike Brambilla. They were both wonderful, very attentive, helpful and encouraging!! We will do whatever it takes to make sure my boy gets scheduled at DBat when we are in the area. read more

My son Braylen has mostly played Football in his 12 years. He played Pony last year up in Walnut Ca, just part of the season. He is a 6th grader at Linfield Christian. He played on their Middle School team, but didnt get many at bats, due to an 8th grade heavy team. So I decided to sign him up for little league to get more at bats for the next Middle School season. One of the Linfield coaches suggested D Bat. We started going to D Bat a few months ago and see hitting instructor Kyle Kane. It was a slow process, but Braylen has been on base 13 of his last 18 at bats from the end of the regular season and into the TOC in Murrieta. Nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes very busy, other times you basically have the place to yourself. Last couple times I went the baseballs were crossing the plate about 5 ft off the ground. Not a huge problem if you go with a friend since you can adjust the machine once it starts, but mildly annoying. Overall, D-bat is a very nice addition to the Temecula area! read more

Can't say enough good things about this facility and their staff. They are already giving back to the community and are pro-youth 100%. Top notch facility with an emphasis on customer service and training. This place is the premiere baseball facility in the IE. read more

We love the place! My boys and I are easily down at DBat 4 times a week. We have been able to use the place for pitching/batting and catching lessons and are regulars at the clinics. read more
