We were introduced to the D-Bat facility a little over a year ago by some friends in Broken Arrow. We went together to rent a cage for our boys to practice hitting. We were impressed by the quality of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. We were able to rent a cage for an hour for $25. This not only included the cage rental and a pitching screen, but also a bucket of baseballs to use during our time there. It was a great experience. This past month, however, we took our D-Bat experience up a notch and signed one of our sons up for a few hitting lessons with former professional baseball outfielder, Michael Wilson. He has been simply AMAZING to work with and so helpful to our son. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and he has been able to greatly improve our son's batting ability in just a few sessions. He is truly top notch. We received the recommendation to start with Michael from D-Bat's owner, Mike DiOrio. When we spoke with Mike about what we were needing, he listened to our requests and knew just who to recommend to help us. (Mike DiOrio is also a former professional athlete, and has been studying the art and science behind the game of baseball for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and encouraging, and is in extremely high demand for his pitching instruction.) I receive an appointment reminder before each and every lesson, and I receive a receipt by email for each payment that I make. The instructors and office staff are always organized, friendly, and helpful. The entire facility is extremely clean and well lit. There are benches and padded chairs available for viewing and waiting. They have a training/workout room, and a store up front carrying bats, gloves, and other baseball gear. They also offer camps and clinics throughout the year to help young athletes excel in their game. I simply can't say enough about D-Bat Tulsa. We couldn't be more pleased. My son has been taking lessons for 2 years at Dbat. They have great coaches that care about each and every baseball player. They teach them the right way to pitch, hit and field. Pitching is very important skill and must be taught the correct way so the players arm will not get injured. This is by far the best facility in town! The staff is very helpful and the instruction is amazing! Very clean and big facility. I will definitely be sending my kids again for the next camp. The workers seemed to be from some interesting classes, I saw them come in on a short bus, and Jayden got really excited. Anywho, the back closet was a little weird and it smelled off. One of my favorite batting cages and boy have we been to many! This place is clean and even though its a little small inside its not overwhelming their prices are very reasonable! the staff is wonderful as well! You can even throw a birthday party here! read more
