The delivery service called and said they are at this store for pickup but the store had sold the last one so they couldn't deliver. I purchased it weeks ago and they had it in stock when I bought it. Called customer service and they where no help. Basically said o well. I looked around at other stores while on the phone and found 7 at another Dicks that was within several miles of this store. They didn't care and I still have no clue if I'm going to get what I ordered because they do not communicate. Might is well be talking to AI with their boiler plate responses and inability to help. This has been a horrible experience and I strongly suggest going to a different store. Update: the failed delivery was Jan 16th and they got the item back in store on Jan 19th but now the soonest the can deliver is Jan 29th. I ordered this on Jan 7th and it was in stock. Today is Jan 21 and based on my many calls I doubt I'll get it this month. I should have ordered from a different company. It may have looked like a good value but the time and effort I've had to put into this ate up any of the savings I was going to get by buying through them. My time is worth something too and I shouldn't have to be writing this review but if it save one person from the stress of buying from Dicks it will be worth it.

service the service was good, with a notable aspect being…read morethe worker at the register referring the visitors in line behind me to the guest services checkout register, so as to prevent those visitors having to wait for me to pay. the worker was also kind and efficient. selection the selection as a whole was good, though the item for which i'd come, an oklahoma city thunder western conference champions tee, was not available. the tee is significant to me for the sake of tradition and nostalgia because i'd got a thunder western conference finals tee following the conference finals win in 2012. and while the store did not have any other thunder tees available either, besides jersey tees, there were shai gilgeous alexander jerseys and chet holmgren jerseys. however, because each of those jersey varieties was too expensive for me to purchase on the visit, i looked instead for a lebron james brand basketball because i recall getting one such ball from that academy store as a child. and while the store was not carrying any lebron james brand basketball at the visit today, there was a nike brand playground category ball, that seems appropriate to me in continuing the mission of keeping outdoor basketballs from use on indoor courts, while acknowledging that i've got a proclivity to play on outdoor courts still. value while the jersey costed more than i could afford to pay on the visit today, it was no more than i'd expect to pay for a jersey from the thunder team store. and the basketball, which was on the higher end of the available price range for a outdoor basketball, was also reasonably priced, at about 23 dollars with tax.

It's great to finally have a Nike outlet here & not having to rely on the ones in OKC & Dallas…read moreareas. It's been open for over a year & inventory is still in tact & not all over the place. Even the back wall where the extra discounts take place have been good at staying in the destined areas of sizes they're supposed to be at (I'm used to being on the hunt to where my size can be all over the back wall + not in order). Due to me having a popular size (Men's 9), I always think it's more of a hassle to find something in my size compared to my daughter or partner (who I always come across nice selections for). A shoe that I usually see available in my size + the aisles are Jordan 1s & that's no complaint with that model being my all-time favorite. Dunks are another model I see often too. Nike outlets don't have specials often compared to other sneaker brand outlets (outside of the default discounts). The more you hunt for a shoe, the more possible you can catch them for a very good price (I once got some Dunks here that had an extra discount on top of a discount that was too good to pass up). The customer service is usually on point. The only time I've visited & there was a line outside was around Father's Day. Other than that, the lines move pretty efficiently with the staff being full at the register.
