In August 2021 we had a problem with our well (turned out to be a leaky pipe) and Nick and another guy came out and quickly found the problem and fixed the pipe and then suggested we pull all the pipe and inspect the pump and it turned out to be 30+ years old so they replaced the Grundfos pump with the same brand/model the same day. Total bill was under $3k. Very fair for the area. There was a little damage to the lawn (back tires of the truck sank in the lawn a bit) but I was able to fill in with dirt and seed and looks good now. Nick warned me there may be damage ahead of time as our well is near our lawn and the only place to park the truck was on our lawn. Months later I needed the work details and I emailed and Pam quickly replied with a copy of our invoice and details on our well (well depth, pump depth, etc).

During our yearly routine service, they found a crack in our water tank causing a sizable leak. When fixing the tank, they had to work around our out of date equipment and piping.
