I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. They promised to replace certain parts but never actually did, despite assuring me multiple times that the work was completed. On top of that, the prices were ridiculously high for what little was done. The quality of the work that was performed was sloppy. I had to hire another company to come in to replace the work that they did and complete the project. I feel like I wasted both my time and money here. We are renters and our landlord had cascade Pest come out to inspect dry rot around our house and replace it. After the inspection and several weeks of them telling us "we'll be out there tomorrow/Monday/next week to replace the rotted wood" they finally came out. The guy who came out did a quick look around and said I have to go to the store. He was gone to the store for over three hours, and the store is only 10 minutes away. There was one piece of wood that needs to be replaced that he ended up having to redo three times because he messed it up because he didn't know what he was doing. They didn't clean up any of the debris from the rotted wood they removed, wood scraps, nails or anything like that and left it all in the yard and the walkway on Halloween day when they knew kids were gonna be coming by that evening. They also left water bottles around the yard and side yard. They had to replace some wood around an upstairs window and poked a bunch of holes in the screen and also moved roof tiles so that they're not aligned anymore. They had to bring in a scissor lift to replace wood around the top of the chimney. While doing this, they chipped off a piece of our fence, damaged a crêpe myrtle tree, and left oil stains all along the side yard concrete, and ripped up a planter box without asking us, or even telling us first. They replaced the side door into the garage, but it wasn't aligned so it doesn't close properly , and they didn't dispose of the old door, leaving it on the side yard with no way for us to get rid of such a huge piece of garbage. The guys were nice but clearly didn't care about the work they were doing and weren't good at it either. Would not recommend them at all. read more

I'm glad you folks had a great experience with Cascade Pest Systems. I have not. I am doing a refi and I started doing the inspection in May, knowing I had until July 31,2019 to close. We had some issues gaining access at first but that was cleared up. The man does not call people back like you all have said. My loan lady called him and he was rude to her. He found some things wrong so I said go ahead and fix it. It took him about 30 days to schedule me, so now were at 7/22/2019. Now I'm getting worried. He did a further inspection and found something relating to flashing that I would have to remove my front porch to fix. So I got a concrete guy that was going to fix by end of the month. Amazing that Wally from Munoz Concrete in Dixon was going to be able to do it that fast. I just had a feeling that it was't going to be all done by the end of the month and i was going to lose my loan lock. So I called another company and they came out thursday 7/27 and found dry rot that he missed, and started the work the very next day. He said you don't have to remove the porch and just said keep an eye on it. Definitely not a section 1 or section 2 item. I will be able to close my loan anyway.
