I stopped here while I was waiting for my car to get done next door and had a couple hours to kill. I got in right away with no appt which was fantastic. I got a full set acrylic nails and pedicure done. My pedicure looks great. My tech did a great job on it, but my full set not so much. I asked for short coffin and these nails look nothing like the shape I showed. My tech had no personality when I tried to talk to her. She charged me 38$ for my full set when online it said 33$ and didn't explain the up-charge. I had a coupon from the website for 10% off and she said I couldn't use it because I wasn't paying cash. It did not say that anywhere on the site. I will probably not be coming here again. read more

Came here for nails after Pink Passion Spa & nails said to wait 25 minutes even though my mom and I had made a reservation. This place is a few doors down and upon walking in it was a more lively atmosphere than most quiet nail spots and we were seen right away, plus offered drinks. My nail tech took her time shaping my nails and asking if I liked the length, color, and shape every few minutes, which I really liked since I'm particular about that. I got coffin shape and the thing that stood out was how she explained each step/technique I asked about, regardless of the language barrier. She was also willing to change any dislikes right away unlike most that just get an attitude. $35 for my acrylics with reg nail polish. With gel is 50, which is a tad expensive imo. Mostly because I get this done in my salon near home for 25-30 for a bomb nail job. Also were irritatingly insistent on getting gels. The woman in front said it 5 or 6 times before I was like my answer has not changed, I know what I'm doing. Btw it's cash tips only and they're all super sweet so come prepared! or run to shoppers next door like I had to in the cold lol. read more

To all African American people, these are the most discriminatory rude unprofessional salon Ive been to mind you I have been coming here for 10 plus years and within the last 1yr I've witnessed a huge shift in the professionalism. I have witnessed them go above and beyond for their Caucasian customers but do the bare minimum and argue with POC when they request a certain things. I have been going to this hair salon for about 10 years with the same hairstylist. I can tolerate at times when they are behind but when you have made an appointment and got there on time should matter. I had to wait almost 25 mins past my appointment which was at 3:00. It was close to 3:30 before she was ready for me. I don't mind they take walk-in customers but having poor time management and waiting for 30 mins is not acceptable. I mentioned to her that I had to leave around 5:00 to 5:30 the latest. I talked to my hairstylist and told her I was a little unhappy and she said I had a customer who walked in and needed to have her hair done and I said but I had an appointment. Review is for manicure and pedicure only. $35 for mani-pedi combo is pretty good! Also, the place is clean and walk-ins are welcome. Staff is friendly (offer beverages, magazines, seat massage, etc.). Also, I chipped one of my nails, and the manicurist re-did my nail in a second. I will definitely be back. However, my hair cut and color were NOTHING of what I asked for; and in fact had to have it redone by another stylist at a different salon. The hospitality here is excellent. I came in for a spa pedicure and almost fell asleep in the chair. They really take their time and as I was there people watching they have great personalities all around. My spa technician was Kelly! The customer service was phenomenal!!! Every time I come here they treat me so well, the massage chair is awesome and the spa pedicure is very relaxing! I will ask for the same lady for my next one (forgot her name). The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo process. soap and water got in my ear and my shirt was wet....then she barely wrapped my hair so I had to do it myself. I've had better spa pedi's before but the most important thing you need to know is they carry a wide selection of high quality polish colors, as well as one of the biggest shellac collections I've seen. $25 for a standard pedi isn't too bad, could have used a bit more primping and the massage chair was lame. Kim's salon offers consistently good service time and time again. I like the way Kim cuts my hair and the price can't be beat. I've had my nails done by a variety of manicurists who are also consistently good. I like Becky, Hanna, and Kathy, but there are other great manicurists there too. You can't go wrong with their mani-pedi and the price is right too. I wish they offered the hand warming mitts that soften the cuticles, but the soak they use is reasonable. They also offer you your own personal manicure kit, which is nice. They also offer clients coffee and sodas. read more

Everyone was friendly and asked me if I would like a beverage. I got a gel french mani-pedi and they completed everything in a reasonable amount of time. The place is nice, people are friendly. But I will not be going back. I got a haircut today there and I have to say it did not go well. Good intentions but poor choices. After everything I paid $35 for a haircut that not only is bad but can't be fix. I'm sure they do great work but I can't say that for me. The first time I went my hair and hair color turned out fantastic, I wish I had gotten the name of the hair stylist. The second time was a disaster. The hair was too short, the color was wrong, and I ended up with hair color on my cheek which I will never be able to get rid of it. I sure didn't come back here for a third try. read more

I would not recommend anybody get eyebrow waxing at this place. The staffs are friendly but you can't trust them to handle this job. After a lady finished waxing my eyebrow, I almost cried. The lady took too much of my eyebrow out that make they look super thin. There were also 3 bald spots on my eyebrow as they lady didn't trim carefully and they do not stay connected! I look ridiculous with those eyebrow and spend a lot of time fixing them myself until they grow back. read more
