I have mixed feelings with this place. It was a nice atmosphere. They have a lot of chairs but get crowded on the weekend. I tried this nail salon twice, and was never happy about my nails. The staff seem nice, but my nails were never the way I wanted them to be both times. Either they looked clumpy with too much polish or the nail tech rushed and didn't add enough acrylic. After 3 days unfortunately my regular mani looks like this. The polish actually started chipping within 24 hours which has never happened to me. I received a pedi and my toes are beginning to chip as well unfortunately. It appears gel is moreso their specialty. read more

This is my new go to spot, I came here for the first time in May and have gone back twice since that initial visit. I did a gel x manicure the first time, gel x fill the second time, and then removal with a regular gel manicure the last time all with Hanh. She does a really great job, she takes her time to make sure that your nails look good and that you're happy with them. read more

This is my go to spot! When I moved to VA from California, it was horrible trying to find a new nail place, until I found AG nails. And lucky for me, it's also super close to my house! Tiffany is hands down the absolute best. Always on time, always does an amazing job, and is the sweetest! I'll come in with a picture of what I want and she always goes above and beyond to deliver! The service was just okay. My fingernails did not need 4 coats of the polish, my toenails only needed 2 coats and they look great. Meanwhile, the polish on my fingernails have begun to slide away in certain areas. I do blame myself somewhat for not being more careful on the way out knowing she applied way too many coats. Techs were welcoming, although, I did not appreciate the giggles when I requested normal polish instead of gel. It is a service they offer anyway. Respectfully, if the techs are not able to provide a service, don't offer it. read more

My husband, got me an mani and pedi for Mother's Day and boy was it needed! Booked at 9am and my nails haven't chipped! The process was great and the place was pretty clean with massage chairs the only issue was their website is very much outdated and they still have a coupon from 2017 lol. This is a clean, large, ultra-modern and glittery salon. It looked brand new and ready for clients. I was tired of my old salon with too many trips back for chipping or entire nails popping off. It was either the acrylic or old polish but they decided to charge for fixes if it was needed after 3 days! Wendy did a great job - I had all the old acrylic removed along with the few nails still hanging on. I got a full set with 2 designs on each hand, gel. The total charge was $80. I like Wendy's style and care. The designs were beautiful! The only downside was so much confusion when I arrived. They kept yelling for some guy who eventually came over to me. But, he insisted someone else help me as he was not good at even a simple design. Communication in English was very difficult. Still, if my nails hold up for at least 2 weeks, I will return. read more

Sat in a chair for 2 hours only to be dissatisfied. What I wanted verses what I got was mad different. To add insult to injury the nail tech clearly wasn't used to doing the style i request and that's fine but she said NOTHING! After several attempts and mistakes and corrections i was still charged $50 just for "The design". I paid it yes but it definitely won't happen a second time! I'm so annoyed that I just had to get out of that place. read more

They advertise in their services menu that they have a Russian manicure, which is a specific dry style of manicure that clears the cuticle and takes extra time to shape the nail, etc. When looking at their availability online, they show that all of their services have nail techs that can complete those services. When I took the time out of my day to go over for the appointment time I had booked for a Russian manicure I was turned away because the singular person who did the Russian manicures was no longer working. I suggest that they take this offering off of their website because it is false advertisement. If you don't offer Russian manicures don't have appointments made for that. read more

The nails on the other hand were great, he took his time, made sure the length and shape matched and even did a 3rd coat when i asked for it to be darker. I've been here 3 times. I got a full set with French tips and designs with pedicure each time. the price kept going up every time I went back. $120, $150 and then $170 for the same exact design styles. They don't offer water and they slightly fussed at me for wanting a nude base coat before doing my French tips. they make up their own pricing. My friends and I will not be back read more
