Once I got to the studio for my first session in my 2-week trial, there was someone at the front desk ready to sign me in for my class. She showed me how to do the check in on my phone as well as if I wanted to use the i-Pad that is in the studio. (That was fine.) Many of the exercises were similar to when I did my trial class, so this was rather disappointing to see. There were only 2 other people in my class, so that wasn't bad. Some of the exercises needed modification, but I quickly figured out what needed to be done. One of the trainers even came over to tell me that I could do an exercise differently, but nothing that would have injured myself.

I always felt comfortable (and still do) being at this gym. It is always clean as well! :) there are bathrooms with a shower if you need them. Something I love about F45 is that the coaches are knowledgeable and really challenge me to improve, even when I need to modify exercises. I have never been much of a self-motivator when it comes to fitness, so this is a big plus for me. There are cardio days, strength days, and combo days - you can pick and choose which days work for you. I have really seen a difference in my fitness and my confidence since joining F45. I really enjoy going and will continue to keep up my membership!

They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. I have taken a barre class, Pilates, and barrelattes, which is a mix of the two. I recently took their barre crawl class two days ago. I am a member of ClassPass, so I paid $25 for the class. I arrived 10 minutes early. As soon as you walk in, they take your name and ask what size t-shirt you want. The t-shirt was so cute. It said "Meet Me at the barre," and it was a gray tank top with white lettering. I thought it would look very cute, but I didn't put it on because I like to wash everything before wearing it. Almost everyone else put on their t-shirts right away, except for about three other women. They had a choice of small, medium, or large. The first part of the evening was the barre class. Everyone got their shirts and went in for class. A woman with blonde hair helped me. She could be one of the owners or instructors, I'm not sure, but she was extremely helpful. She gave me a resistance band and a ball and helped me get the correct form. I really appreciated that because she noticed I was doing one exercise incorrectly, and she explained that it was why my back was hurting. The class was challenging. I would rate it about an eight out of ten, but I liked it a lot and definitely plan to come back. Everyone in the class was friendly. I don't usually talk to people in exercise classes because I'm still trying to build a regular habit, so I didn't know everyone, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. Part of the evening included little sample cups of smoothies. There were three different types and some snacks, which were nice. After class, everyone went over to the bar in the same shopping center, but I went home. Overall, I loved it. I've been to this studio a couple of times, and every time I enjoy the class. The instructors are very kind, answer any questions, and help you work on your form. I definitely recommend this studio. I almost forgot: After the workout, I saw many women wiping off their workout ball with hydrogen peroxide spray. So, this was a courteous and healthy gesture to do for the next guests.
