We rent a car through Budget and they always have great customer service and variety of cars. The only complaint was the TSA is slow to check you in and I always need to be patted down which I don't like. There is also "no" TSA pre so many times you need to take off your shoes and pull out your computer. Its a small and convenient airport and easy to find.

The worst part was we lost the key and thinking it fell behind the bed we found a MOUSETRAP WITH A DEAD MOUSE IN IT!! We slept over a dead mouse all night!! This could be deadly as the carry the Hauntavirus! Upon notifying management she was extremely rude offered to refund 50%. Later we were told that we'd get a full refund. Then an hour and a half after that they said there would be mo refund as there was no mouse found!!!!!. Unbelievable. They must have moved ordisposed of it! Our driver, Ken, was extra accommodating and gracious enough to stop at a Starbucks and downtown Walla Walla at our request. He took the time to call the wineries to move our reservation because we were somewhat late due to our extra request. He had various lunch options in mind since the wineries did not serve significant amount of food and went to pick up our order. The Mercedes sprinter limo was spacious, clean, and water was provided which was a nice touch. It was clear that Ken's goal was to ensure that our group enjoyed itself, and we certainly did.
