Driver was right on time! Very helpful to get in and out of the vehicle. The vehicle was stocked with ice, cups, water and sodas. We were able to hook up Bluetooth the play our Friday funday playlist. Really enjoyed the travels.. the only thing I wish was if the vehicle had temperature control. We often got freezing cold or stuffy in the back. Would recommend this service! Especially for longer drives, doesn't even feel like a long car ride at all in this party bus. read more

From the very first call with Rick to learn about limo options, to our drop off the day of, my experience with Celebrity was fantastic! I truly appreciated the quick response to questions, explanation of services and options to pay by invoice or cash. We rented the Mercedes luxury limo with blue tooth speakers and TV screens. There were just 5 of us so we had plenty of room and could leave our purchases in the vehicle in between stops. The limo was stocked with plenty of cold water and soft drinks on ice. Only downside was a few of us felt a little car sick to start, especially if you are sitting sideways, as the ride could be a little bumpy. I wished I would have taken a dramamine or something. If you get car sick easy, when someone else is driving, consider this. Our driver Andrew was wonderful. Very courteous, helpful, friendly and funny too. I liked how he carefully placed a step stool and helped us on and off the ride safely too. We could easily text Andrew to let him know when we were ready to go. We went to Kiona and Terra Blanca on Red Mountain, then ended at Kimo's for food and drinks. So glad Rick recommended Terra Blanca, as the views were stunning. The vehicle is very spacious and clean and it was fun to play our own music. The wide windows made for beautiful views of the vineyards. I would definitely use them again next time I am in town. read more

My girlfriends & I rented the Mercedes-Benz Party Limo Bus for Spring Barrel this year as we didn't have a great experience last year with a new owner of our go-to. Celebrity Limo went above and beyond all our expectations!!! Rick is wonderful to work with & is quick to respond to any questions you have via e-mail, text, or phone. Our driver Adam arrived 15 minutes before to make sure we had everything we needed & to get us all settled in! The Mercedes bus is BEAUTIFUL - lots of room for dancing (we had 12 girls) & had easy Bluetooth set-up to connect your phone to play music on a very loud sound system. Adam was very kind - he truly made our experience super enjoyable, fun, & memorable!! (Also such a trouper for handling a large group of girls, haha!) Last weekend, friends and I rented a limo to go wine tasting. After the limo was reserved, we had a change in location, so the person coordinating called to let them know. She called again right before 10 am on the day that they were suppose to pick us up. The limo was suppose to arrive at 10:30 and arrived after 11:15. Because our location was hard to find, she called to provide directions and the driver hung up on her. During the day, the limo driver rarely helped us with our purchases, made some routes longer than necessary due to not knowing the area and was not as courteous as other drivers I've had in the past. Due to getting lost on our way home, we arrived 20 minutes late... which of course the company wanted to charge us for. I understand that the owner was emotional rather than professional in his conversation with my friend when she tried to explain the situation and why we would not pay the additional amounts. If I return to the area, I would rather two limos from a different company rather than use this company for their larger vehicles. read more

Just flew out to Eastern WA from New York last week for a birthday celebration. I just want to say that Rick and his team were really terrific to work with. They were responsive to my inquiries and provided a terrific experience. The limo was really nice, clean, and had everything we wanted. They arrived on time, even called 30 minutes prior to make sure we were running on time. They were totally accommodating to last minute itinerary changes as we got spontaneous in the moment. We needed to extend the rental by an hour as we were having so much fun and they did that without hesitation. Really, could not have had a better experience with them. VERY unprofessional!!! Would NEVER use them again!!! Communication was poor, late, not helpful at all. This was our Annual Wine Weekend where we always rent a limo. This year we decided to get an SUV limo and switched limo companies....BAD idea!!! Last year our limo driver greeted us with a mimosa, helped gather and organize our wine purchases, and made sure we were having fun and were taken care of. Our limo driver and owner of THIS limo company treated us awful! Did not tell our driver the pick up location had changed (luckily we called earlier that morning to make sure the driver could find our new location), forgot to mention an additional gas fee to pick us up. Tried to charge us overtime because he got lost (driver did admit he got lost) and they expected us to leave an 18% tip. If the service is awful as a paying customer you should be able to leave less because if he did a good job we would have left more like we did last year! I wish I could remember the service we used last year. They even had printed a itenerary and at the end of the trip we all received a rose. I think the name had rose in it. Good luck to anyone that HAS to use this service if you can even call it that. I suggest walking! read more

We called last minute for a limo and we're glad we found this company. They were on time, the hummer was great, it was easy communicating with the driver. We had a few reservations with a couple of wineries, but other than that we didn't know what other places were great to visit. Dave, our driver recommended some popular wineries that locals often visit. Next time we are in town and want to have fun again we will be booking with this service. Used this service for homecoming for high school teens. They were prompt, on-time, clean dependable. The kids had a great time. They called early in the day to verify the arrangements. Made suggestions that helped the kids have a better time, you could tell they had done several of these. The Limo driver was nice, police and professional. And the price was very comparable. This limousine service saved us as we originally booked a wine tour with another service that canceled on us 1 hour before we were to go. We called celebrity limo and they showed up with the hour.
