Had my Impala fixed there after I was hit and a couple months later my bumper falls off and now I am replacing my wheel hub and find no screws on my caliper this was supposed to be replaced by them. I feel like they don't care about safety or quality I will never recommend this place to anybody. And I also find out my car needs to be put on a machine to be straightened out cause they never did it. Please use another shop that values their customers. read more

Highly recommend this place! My entire door needed to be replaced due to a collision. I dropped it off on a Monday and had it back Friday evening! They detailed it and made it look better than before the accident. Kyle and his team were outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond for us . I don't want to leave any stars. Alex takes on insurance claims and WILL put your car to the side. It was filthy when I got it. I rejected it on Mon, came back Wed and still not done. Scratched a new paint job installing scoop. Mismatched paint, loose bolts and a hood that used to close. He told me he would QC the work on my car, if he did, I guess we have a completely different view of work done right versus wrong. He didn't charge me for the work he messed up, how could he, the work was THAT bad. Still, he deserves to be rated, whether free or payed for service was provided. I BROUGHT MY CAR TODM AUTOWORKS FOR AN ESTIMATE: I was hit by someone and their insurance company claimed responsibility and gave me a supplement payment so I went to DM AUTOWORKS for an estimate so they did just that but when we went back to ask about my car JIMMY had said the bill was $450 then RODRIGO came out and he said no that's wrong it's gonna be $876!!! Now correct me if I'm wrong but no body shop charges for an estimate ( I know cause I called 6 other body shops) some in the same complex as DM.. now my car has been there for about a week and half and everyday I had went there and drove around back of the shop and took pics through the fence and the car had never moved yet they told me they took the doors off my car and put them back ok and for that they were charging me $450 !! They lied I had pics of my car with nothing done to it!!" So I came back to get the rest of the insurance money they had gotten and the bill went up to $876 for some reason JIMMY AND RODRIGO wouldn't give me the balance from the insurance company they forced me To sign a paper for the new balance that they had already taken out the $876. And they were gonna give me nothing? So I was forced to sign the paper to collect the balance. Now I've gone ahead and called many auto body shops and none of them charge for an estimate even if they had to take the doors off to complete the estimate. But not. But not DM auto works they charge for estimates. And then won't let? You. Take? Your car Back to go Get another estimate from somebody else. I will never do business with them again. That is the worst thieving Body shop in Phoenix now they have a few different names on Google maps of their company so you've got to be careful that it's not the same. Company I went to just having multiple company Names is Shysty in itself They stole our money. They stole our car and 1st test to sign papers for lower amount of money so be aware that DM auto works. Stay away from these people. They are awful!!! They are the most frustrating people to deal with. They would lie to you and say that the work will be done at a certain date but when it comes time to pick up your vehicle. they'll tell you that it's not quite done yet and they'll have you wait for days. They do really shoddy work and Kyle has to be one of the worst people that I ever dealt with. Ignore the positive reviews. They're are plenty of body shops out there that aren't as frustrating and dishonest as this one. read more

This small shop is one of the best in the industry! I've been using them for several years and their work is really incredible and the prices are much better than the other shops. I always like looking at the cool cars they are working on. BMWs, Bentleys, 69 Camaros, Vettes.... If you need collision repair or bodywork or customization, this is the only place to go! the guys here are top notch! When I first arrived, it looked like a small shop in the front, but when one of the guys took me to the back, it was full of high-end cars and muscle cars! Mustangs, 68 Nova, 69 Challenger, mercedes, etc. These guys do a GREAT job of muscle car restoration and collision damage. I just had them repair my front bumper and they did an awesome job, but it was tiny compared to the other stuff they do. These guys are really awesome with paint and bodywork.
