I gave them my car on January 9th of this year and they didn't give me my vehicle back until the 24th of this month, after they stated several different dates that it would be ready. Not to mention they're the first company I've heard of to drive your personal vehicle to and from their shops. While driving my vehicle they got into an accident causing me to have to wait another entire week for vehicle to come back. As I get my car back I realize that I have over $400 worth of tools missing from vehicle which were in there in the beginning when I dropped my car off. I would highly suggest going elsewhere unless you want to have your possessions stolen from you and to wait months for your vehicle due to poor communication skills. If you want your shit stolen, run for the hills. Grand pricks was cleared to work on my car on February 14th by my insurance. Upon being approved pricks gave an estimated time of approval on the 28th. Their was no communication again until pickup day. Jake told us that it wouldn't be done until the 8th of March due to a delay getting a new door. March 7th rolled around and we started to call and did not get a response or call answered until the 13th. At which time he told us they were waiting for a tire and rear window to be installed. We were drug along for the next two days be assured it would be finished each day to no avail. By the time they got the car out the door on March 16th, they decided it would be a great idea to drive my vehicle from their phx location to the one in Goodyear. Their driver was rear ended and they had to take my car back to the shop to replace and repaint the rear bumper. Upon finally getting my vehicle on the 17th one of their employees stole approximately 600$ in Milwaukee power tools and batteries. Do not ever fucking use these worthless fucks. Oh and the cars trunk still needs to be aligned. read more

My Toyota Avalon was damaged when it was backed into in a parking lot. The guys insurance sent me to Grand Prix Collision. It was minor and Tony said they would fix it right. They replaced the grill and chrome strips that had a scuff mark. The hood had a very small scuff mark and took car of that. I had a side mirror that needed painting before the collision and they painted it for me. Took it in on 7/10/ 2018. They called and it was ready for pickup 7/12/2018. A day early. I took my classic car to NGP, biggest mistake I have ever made. NGP completely trashed my car. I had a new crate motor placed just prior to taking it there, plenty of chrome. Nearly 6 months later, I got the car back, everything was painted, including the new motor, chrome, interior (yes, the interior too!). Every seal and gasket around the doors, trunk and hood were gone, spare tire was even painted and it was in the trunk. I gave him a second chance to make things right, bad idea. What he missed the first time, he got the second time...even painted the key chain! I took Hector to court, went to arbitration, I won. Hector filed an appeal and during the appeal, Hector changed the business out of his name. We went to superior court, I won again. This past July (2014) Hector filed chapter 13. Real stand up guy! I have nearly 300 photos of different areas damaged, if possible, I will post some with this review. This is all public record and you can look it up. Just my opinion but you should ask yourself if it is worth the risk. FYI-I am out well over $50,000 between damaged and legal fees. read more

I used Grand Prix Collision to fix fiberglass issues and repaint my 1969 Corvette. I pass this place every day on my way to work and have noticed what looked like excellent body and paint work on other classic cars. Tony and his crew were great to work with during the process. They were up front on all costs and allowed me to visit when I wanted to review their work in progress. I received my finished car on time and was extremely happy with the workmanship and the price. I returned to their shop a week later when I found what I thought was a flaw in the paint. They looked at it right away and fixed it on site as it was just splattered compound that had dried hard on the surface. This by far was the most painless experience! The most pain was dealing with the other person's insurance company. My car was in an auto accident on the 25th of January. The insurance information was completed on February 26. This company waited for me to get the deductable together, and not one time were they rude, or impatient. I was able to finally take my car to them on April 15. Tony was who I dealt with. He was super understanding from the minute he contacted me about my deductable, down to the time my car was completed. The Customer Service from this gentleman is AAA. I just got my car back today April 24th, and my car looks absolutely beautiful, just like it did the day I bought it. I appreciate the extra time they took on my car, and Tony explained the reason for every delay. I will definitely refer people to this place. My radiator support got pushed back which damaged my radiator. I could not get my radiator fixed until the work got done. So I took my car to 2 other shops and got quoted for $1200+ for a new radiator support and time to install. I've taken my car to Tony at Grand Prix 2 other times and the work their shop does is always quick and done right. I made the appt for Monday and Tony took one look at it and told me that he would see if he could get my radiator out and if he could then I would just be charged for the parts and labor to straighten out the support. 24 hours later, I got a call that my car was ready to go, all for just $450.00. Needless to say I was more than ecstatic that my car was finally fixed and all at more than half what other shops wanted to charge. A friend of mine who belongs to a local car club uses this shop for there painting needs. My wife had a minor fender bender at her work in the parking lot. It wasnt worth putting in a claim to our insurance co. I took it there and We cant even tell it was hit. The paint matched really good and the owner Hector even made sure they cleaned our windows and vacumed the inside of her car, while we waited in the office. It was a very good experience. My friend told me about Tony at Grand Prix Auto Paint and Collision Center @3825 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ, when I was looking for a shop that will fix my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. My neighbor accidentally hit my vehicle in our apartment complex parking lot when he was backing out, but since his vehicle was an F-150, a much bigger and heavier vehicle compared to my small one, it really did a lot of damage to my rear bumper and quarter panel on the driver's side. I love my Elantra and I am just very happy that I got the opportunity to know Tony through my friend, who put back my car into what it was before the accident. The repair was supposed to last two weeks according to my adjuster but Tony and his crew did it so fast and efficiently. He advised me of when it was going to be done, much shorter than the anticipated time frame, and he indeed delivered on his promise. If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would!!! to get an estimate on minor bumper damage from a person that hit my car but her insurance was canceled due to lack of payment. The person at this business took pictures climbed under the car the crack was behind the license plate. He then e-mailed the pictures. His estimate was $130.00. On Tuesday I returned to the location and the same person who waited on me previously said he wanted someone else to look at the car. The other person asked me who gave me the estimate. The other person wanted to take the license plate off to inspect for the damage. I told him I was given the estimate and if you can not stick to your word I'll go elsewhere. I called the main location on Indian School Rd in Phoenix, and was initially told he was not there and then all of a sudden the owner is on the phone with me. I explained the situation to him and he sais he would get back to me. He called me back and he said he spoke the person at the Avondale location and he would honor the $130.00 estimate. I Arrived at the Avondale location at 9:16 today, the were suppose to open at 9:00 AM, they were closed. Today he leaves me a message to the effect of due the way I spoke to his employees he did not want my business. I tried to call him back and I was told again he was not there and hung up on. This is all nonsense. I only went to the Avondale location to get a written estimate as the owner had suggested, however I was not compelled to get the work done by them read more
