Bad customer service experience: I walked in asking if they had time for both hands and feet polish change; they said yes. After my not even half effort polish change, I was sat at the entrance to dry my hands. I asked what about my feet. & the tech (seat 1 off the the right) said she doesn't do feet and I'd have to wait. & I mentioned that the other tech said I didn't have to wait which is why I chose to stay vs. going down the street. She said I could just leave then and not pay and just go. Well, considering my nail polish was wet - I told her I'd still pay it's not about that. Asked for a soak off, the lady ripped 3 nails off without soaking at all, on the third one, she cracked my natural nail bed, causing it to bleed. I'm not the type to ever complain, but I had to tell her "Stop, that hurts". After that she soaked and filed my nails, saying she was only gonna charge for 7 nails because she ripped off 3, but she still charged $15 for this, and it's still throbbing. read more

This place is horrible!!!!! X10! The person who did my daughters nails left them looking like they were over a week grown out! We went back to fix them and the lady (Tina) just argued with me. Brought in a photo of the nail design that I wanted really badly and the nail technician gave me a nasty face and showed her other Vietnamese coworker the photo as well. They both said that it was an ugly and dirty look and that it's "not beautiful". Also, they put another customer on the spot by asking her if she thought my photo was ugly. To their dismay, she looked embarrassed and didn't even answer. Um, I'm paying you to draw on my nails, not get your advice! How unprofessional and rude. This was the second or third time I came here for a pedicure and I have to say that I am pretty happy with it. The salon is really big and so if you come in with a friend like I did yesterday, there will surely be two of these awesome massage chairs next to each other ;) People who work there are very friendly and professional and they keep a nice working atmosphere because they interact nice with each other. It's clean, not too expensive, and the P2 pedicure for 35$ is really worth it. It comes with peelings, masks for your legs, hot towel, massage and then the usual styling for your pedicure. All in all we were in there for at least an hour so they really take their time and don't rush you. We left feeling pampered and with pretty toes... happy feet :) read more

I give this place negative stars!! I leave plenty of reviews and this will be my first one to receive no stars! Got to this place which looked horrifically busy and just insane but they told me pick a color and sit down in a chair never asking if I wanted gel or regular but after waiting with my feet in freezing water for almost an hour I decided for the first time ever that I didn't even have time for gel at this point and just opted for regular polish I am in the army so I have to pick a neutral color for my nails and I usually get something crazy for my toes once this guy finally comes to help me he pushes over all the same tools he used to clip and scrape random person next to me and begins on me SO UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING never once did they clean out bowls before the next person stuck there feet never cleaned or changed tools and then he tells me the colors I picked were ugly and to pick a different color seriously?? So I did why because I just wanted to hurry up and get out the people next to me attempted to up and leave but were reassured they'd be helped soon finally my pedi is done new color and all and I head to mani where he uses all the tools he used on my feet and countless others on my hands and then clips my finger where I start bleeding!!! So gross!!!! And rushes my polish which after 2 hours yes 2 hours still were not dry and of course were destroyed!! Never again and I highly recommend you stay away from this place!! I usually spend much more at a salon and I will continue to do so this place sucks!! read more

If I could give this spa no stars I would. Worst spa I've ever been too. Over priced for very poor work. Everytime I go it's always a different price even tho I get same size and color EVERYTIME. First it started at $40, then went up to $45 then $55 that's when I got very upset and mentioned it to them that's when they got very rude ripping off the half fake nails they had put on me telling me to go find another spa that had better work than them for that price. The salon is large with plenty of seats. I went with my sister to get mani pedis. They were fast with the pedis and they look good. We were a little bummed that they didn't do our nails at adjacent tables. But they were fast with applying the acrylic nails. I've never had acrylic nails but I felt they did a good job. read more
