Much to my dismay I had to deal with Apria because of my insurance would only let me use them. That's another story. Anyway I had to go through them to get a new CPAP. It took months to get it approved. I still had to pay a good portion out of pocket to Apria and along with couple of monthly payments. Even though by the way my deductible had been met. Unfortunately I paid them with my credit card. Then almost a year later after the agreed terms they charged another $700 on my card with no explanation? I canceled it but unfortunately it wasafter the fact. NEVER give Apria Health your credit card! Every time I called them to find out what I was was charged for I would get a different person who would not give their full name and no answers. I think they are in some sort of scam with insurance companies. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company. I know I am not alone. They should not just be out of business but in jail. Avoid them like Covid-19. Evil company preying on the sick

Yes I finally canceled we now have T-Mobile home 5G. I am paying a fraction of the price that I was paying Razzolink for much faster and better service. With our premium $100/mo 5MPS service (as opposed to 50MPS service in our last home for $70) see the attached picture running at 0.65M. I should be thankful we are not totally down... which we've been most of last week and the weekend. But 0.65MPS is not fast enough to keep up with a webpage, so (as typical) I have to use my cellphone hotspot. Even more maddening, it occasionally works, sort of as a tease. And then there is Razzolink's faux sense of innocence and ignorance. What, we have problems? NOOOOO, really? (As if this were not their 100th call.) I wish I'd found all these buyer-beware reviews earlier, as Razzolink had me thinking it was just me... which I think is the intent with this gambit. But perhaps the biggest sin of Razzolink is that with their false claims of service they discourage competitors. Can we all quit at once? Can we get together and fund a competent rural ISP provider? When I complain and want a refund for non-service with Mike in Razzolink sales, he says it will cost me $250 to get out... after all this non-service and abuse. There's a reason Razzolink has one of the lowest Yelp scores in the industry. I sure wish I'd read up beforehand.

While it's understandable to have technical issues with an eSIM ITS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO leave customers standing around an additional 45 minutes later with ZERO explanations. It wasn't until we had to remind the IPad Girl she told us it was only going to be 15 minutes that she gave us some completely unsympathetic, unapologetic response about "technical difficulties" wow? Verizon Customer Service is the worse, if you have a billing problem of being charged for equipment you don't have for almost 2 Years and you can't even get someone to get back to you. I've called Customer Service numerous times have gotten ticket numbers that they'll be working on this and then when you call back, they don't even show the ticket and they want you to start all over again? What the issue is? I'm done with Verizon. They have the worst the most worst Customer Service and they rip off people. I'm going to be canceling my account with them. Good luck if you'd get a Verizon account because their customer service really really really really sucks to the max to this day.
