My wife and I started planning our wedding with the Stardust team in 2019 with our wedding originally scheduled for 2020. COVID happened and so it got pushed out to 2021. This meant that we worked closely with the Stardust team for 2 whole years, and they kept us organized (but most importantly calm) throughout the entire process. Laura was our Lead planner, and she is highly efficient, communicative, organized, basically everything you'd want in a wedding planner. She answered all of our questions throughout all kinds of odd hours and helped us bring the wedding vision we had in our mind to reality. Our venue coordinator, Leslie, was outstanding from start to finish. She was responsive, organized, and anticipated our needs long before the wedding week. When the ice storm became a real concern, Leslie and the River Ranch team were clearly prepared and put us completely at ease. Then, just an hour and a half before the ceremony, our outside wedding coordinator unexpectedly bailed. Leslie immediately stepped in without hesitation and kept everything running smoothly. Despite the weather reducing our guest count, the staff was phenomenal. The servers and bar staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and they truly turned what could have been a disaster into the wedding we wanted. The food was excellent--especially the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and appetizers. The staff even made sure we ate and sent us home with care packages afterward. We can't recommend River Ranch Stockyards highly enough and would absolutely use them again for future events.

She called you again around noon today, which you answered and said to stop by around 6PM to pick up the bouquet. We texted you again around 7PM after waiting. I will never forget how the hope and light on my wife's face faded to disappointment in the spam of a minute or so. You forgot, and claimed that because you have so much other Thanksgiving business to handle, you have to leave town and will not be stopping by. The flowers have started to wilt since last week. We waited by your request and now my wife will not have her wedding bouquet preserved. Disappointment and disrespect don't even begin to describe what you've managed to achieve. We booked them for MC, cold sparklers, LED lighting, and walking on clouds. The morning of my wedding the LED lights were set up before the ceremony so I didn't think anything was wrong but all the other stuff was never delivered. We didn't notice until we were ready for our first dance. I was completely devastated it ruined my entire image of how I thought my wedding day would look. After the wedding it took days to get a real response they offered a partial refund but I said we deserved a full refund which they agreed. After lots of back and forth and lies they never gave us our refund and our bank disputed it but DO NOT BOOK THIS VENDOR!!!!

From the moment that I saw Sesha's website, I fell in love with her style and knew that I wanted her as my photographer. She, and Convey as a whole, were more than a wedding vendor; they were my friends during my wedding season. Although the months leading up to the wedding were stressful, I knew that of all my vendors, Sesha was the one person who would come through on the big day and she proved me right in the end. Sesha, Diego, and Matt were so easy to work with and were very flexible with last minute changes on the day of our wedding. My husband and I were married on October 2nd, and Sesha just sent me the link to our completed…read morephotos last night. Pretty good turn around, right? (She had even sent us about 2 dozen teaser photos the week before to download and share as we like). I found Sesha while searching on the Knot. I knew I wanted to find a great photographer for out wedding, but also someone who was affordable--my husband and I paid for everything for our wedding, and we had just had our 2nd child months before--so we couldn't afford to overspend. Sesha is very affordable. We met up a few months before the wedding so that I could look over some more of her work (the website had a lot of great examples too) and see if she was a good fit for us. My husband and I are very outgoing people, and he's known for being the loudest person in the room. I wanted someone who could capture this, as well as capture special moments with out family. Sesha herself is very outgoing and has a true passion for what she does--it's apparent the moment you meet her! She has lots of creative ideas for posing, and if you are interested in doing a photo corner for your wedding, she can help you with that too! (we opted not to do that, because the me as the DIY bride totally overextended myself, but she definitely made it easy had we chosen to do it) She touched base with me several times between the booking date an wedding date, and shared her own tips from when she was getting married, which just shows how thoughtful she is. Wedding Day was great. She arrived early to take photos before the ceremony as i requested, and took amazing photos of my two little girls during that time. Ceremony photos were great--she was able to capture many candid moments (like when my bridesmaid dropped the grooms ring :) ) and took the time to make sure the photos that I wanted were taken. I especially wanted photos of the families together , and candids of them with our kids--all of our family is from out of town/out of state, so it's rare for us to get together. I could not have imagined how nice the photos she took turned out! There are so many great shots of my kids with their grandparents, aunts, and of course, me and my husband. I absolutely cannot wait to share them with everyone. She also had great ideas for our wedding party photos during the cocktail hour. She was able to capture our reactions to each other, and framed some gorgeous shots outside of the venue. Sesha makes sure your day runs how YOU want it to--if you want things to move quickly so you can get to the party (which is what we wanted) she can do that. If you want more time for framed shots (like when we did family photos) she can go that route as well. My only regret? That I didn't find Sesha early enough to do our engagement photos. Seriously, she was a blast to work with.
