They had a monitor with your name to show you if your order was ready or not. Mine showed it was ready, but took another 2 to 3 minutes before they brought it out. This location is designed differently than other locations. First, they don't have indoor playground for the kids. No Drive thru and they only have 2 ordering area. Than their kitchen area is completely walled in, thus you cannot see them packing up your order, etc. But at the end of the day, the food tasted the same, so no complain on that front. Parking here will be a challenge when they are super busy and trying to make left turn to Washtenaw Ave will be a nightmare. I would recommend you drive through the strip mall and exit out on to Packard Road.
