They assured me they could clean it up and make it shine again. They did make it shine, however there were deep scratches ALL OVER the trim around the base of the windows! The bad thing about it, my car still had new tags on it, I had just purchased it. Even worse, they never said a word about it. Partly my fault because I didn't do my due diligence in looking at it really good, but the guy that did it, and you know who you are, he knows he scratched it up and should have owned up to it.
