    I recently brought in my 2024 Ram (with less than 10,000 miles) due to an issue with the windshield…read morewasher fluid not spraying properly. the issue was a crimped hose. Later, I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready and was surprised to be given a bill for the repair. When I inquired about warranty coverage, I was told the issue was caused by a rodent chewing through the hose. However, no leaks were present before the service--only a visible crimp. At pickup, I was shown a small piece of hose with a hole, allegedly from a different area of the vehicle. I was also told the original crimped section had been straightened out, then cut and spliced with a larger hose. What concerns me most is that all repairs were completed before I was contacted or given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. I was then offered a "discounted rate" as a resolution, but my concerns were largely dismissed by Michael, the manager. I'm sharing this experience to express my disappointment with how the situation was handled and to caution others to ask detailed questions before authorizing service here.

    Place was packed...which isn't surprising on a Saturday morning. The most ridiculous part was a car…read morepulled in 3 places behind me and got out at before my car has even been pulled in. No appointment, so they just got pushed ahead. There is no organization here when it's busy. Been here as long as they said I would and my vehicle hasn't even been pulled in yet. Going to have to get my oil changed elsewhere.
