D'Professional Collision Center is a SCAM - Avoid at All Costs! I made the mistake of bringing a car to D'Professional Collision Center after a tiny fender bender--and I regret it entirely. What should have been a simple, inexpensive fix turned into the most outrageous, overpriced scam I have ever experienced. My Story: The damage to the car was minimal--just a small dent on the corner of the trunk door and a slightly misaligned bumper. The trunk still opened and closed perfectly fine, no scraping, just fine and there were no scratches anywhere. This should have been a quick and simple repair that, at most, would have cost $300 at a reasonable shop. But D'Professional Collision? They had the audacity to hand me a bloated estimate filled with completely unnecessary charges: * 8.9 hours of labor to fix a tiny dent? Lies. * 9.4 hours of painting and paint supplies--when there was no paint damage to begin with! * Replacing the car's nameplates--which were completely fine and untouched! At this point, I realized they were straight-up making things up to jack up the price. They prey on people who don't know much about car repairs and expect customers to blindly accept their outrageous estimates. This Place is a Den of Thieves The way they conduct business is criminal. They pad their estimates with bogus fees, overcharge for labor that doesn't need to be done, and shamelessly take advantage of their customers. Everyone involved in running this place should be locked up for what they're doing. It's one thing to charge high prices--it's another to flat-out scam people. If you need repairs, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a trustworthy, family-owned body shop that won't rob you blind. This place is nothing but a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't trust them to fix a scratch on a toy car. So when I was side swiped...not my fault..some crazy ass lady cut across three lanes and hit me..(go figure Miami!!)......duh? No question for us as to where to go for the repairs! Here...friendly polite prompt service. Came here today with my poorly Corvette and came out half an HR later with a nice li mustang convertible rentwal. All organised on site as they have a Geico rental situated right there. Fabulous service. The place is immaculate, super clean. I was driving my wife's car when a gentleman in the Middle Lane decided to turn left in front of us while we were going 30 miles per hour. We tried to Swerve but we slammed into the side of his vehicle, which incapacitated the front right part of our Scion xB. His insurance company, Geico, was quick to step in and offer to help us out. We found a Geico repair center via a referral from someone at my wife's office who had used them before and was very happy. The drive from our house to Hialeah was harrowing and dangerous. We probably should have had it towed over there. I had to keep the steering wheel turned three quarters to the right just to go straight down the street. When we got to the collision Center they were very quick to take our estimate from Geico and sign us in. Two days before I had already picked up a rental car through Enterprise near my office in Coral Gables. We could have actually picked up an Enterprise Rent-A-Car right there at the Collision Center because they're also an Enterprise Rent-A-Car facility. While there were no Enterprise rental car signs anywhere there were Geico signs everywhere. Geico customers also have preferred parking in front of their mustard yellow building. They contacted us twice during the time that it took to repair the ten-year-old Scion. We have really ugly custom pink rims that I had recently purchased online and they needed to find a new one of those. They also called to let us know that they needed to order some additional parts and it would take another week for us to get the vehicle back. When I picked up the car this morning I found that it was as good as new. The front right was completely repaired as if nothing had ever happened, which is absolutely what you expect from a collision Center. And they had taken the time to clean the inside of the vehicle so that it appear to have been detailed. I was able to drop off the enterprise Rental Car that I picked up in Coral Gables at that facility, saving me a lot of time with trying to figure out how to drop off the rental car and still get out to the collision Center. The entire check out process took all of five minutes. I simply needed to endorse the check that the insurance company had sent to me for $1,700 and Geico was paying the repair center directly for the balance of the $4,000 in repairs that were required. Overall, this facility was extremely efficient, full of very generous very kind people, and they did very professional work. I drove from Hialeah to Coral Gables through stop and go traffic and on the freeway and I was able to drive it as if it was normal. No more turning of the steering wheel, nothing dragging on the tire, and no funny noises. They guarantee their work for as long as we own the vehicle so if any of the things that they worked on turn out to be bad or break we simply take it back and they will fix it for free. If you're in an accident with someone who has GEICO insurance or if you have GEICO insurance yourself I would highly recommend that you come to this collision Center to get your rental car and repair taken care of. The work was never done correctly and had to be brought back several times, simple things such as visible screws and pieces of material on the inside weren't even done correctly! D'professional should really be called D'sexest auto-repair shop in Miami. My family has been dealing with this crappy shop for about 2 months now. They gave us our car back after working on it for over a month and we realized that the steering wheel was not connected correctly. it was something that was apparent to each person that drove the car, yet the two times that a FEMALE went to the shop to show them the issue and ask that it be repaired they derogatorily told her that it was perfectly fine. Soon after the second failed attempt for them to realize that they have messed up, a male in my family went to the shop and they instantly agreed that there was an issue with the steering wheel. They informed him that they were going to order the parts that same day and have the car back to us the next day. It is beyond infuriating and demeaning that D'professional thought that they could just write off a woman likely because she would not know any better but listened and responded quickly to a man. All in all this is the worst car repair shop that we have ever dealt with. If you have a choice to pick another car repair shop I strongly advise you do so, especially if you are a woman! If you unfortunately have no other choice but to go to this horrible shop make sure to have a male with you so that you do not experience the same issues we have experienced! read more

I called in the morning to ask about bringing my vehicle in as I was involved in an accident. The girl tells me to have the car towed to D'unprofessional once I got the insurance adjuster out to see the vehicle. 3 hours later my wife calls to set up the vehicle towing after the adjuster had come out and the same girl tells her the owner said no more vehicles can be brought in for 2 weeks. My wife tried to reason with her but it was like no way. Well I thank you for the bad service and I will try a place that is truly professional. read more

What a great experience. The workshop itself is super clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. They send you updates on your repair status. The turn around time was super fast, even with major repairs. They guarantee their work. I had to bring my car back due to a faulty harness that they replaced and they fixed it that day at no cost due to the guarantee. The body work and paint was impeccable. Couldn't have asked for more. I was told to come here by my insurance because a Geico adjuster is on site at all times. I trusted them and took my car in. They did all the repairs within 2 days (great right?) except, they switched out my mirror which had no damage, they instead replaced it with an after market mirror. when I picked up my vehicle it had a noise of wind entering the thru the side they "repaired". My husband took it back and they advised it was fixed, It wasn't. The next day I took it back and they made me wait 3 hours to then tell me, the sound was coming from the mirror they replaced, I asked the manager why my mirror was switched since I have pictures of it and it had no damage. He didn't have an answer for me, I left very unsatisfied and they did a very fast and mediocre job, The seal clips from my door where missing, the seal from the front quarter panel was lose and looks very messy. The only positive feedback was the girl at the front has awesome customer service. And they do let you pick up your rental at the same place which is really convenient. read more
