I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place.Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. So we decided to go to a tire shop in homestead where within 5 min of looking at the tire the new guy told us, yea they didn't balance your tires at all (which is the steering wheel was shaking) & he told us that the tire falling off previously could've damaged where the rotor sits on the brake pads...they took care of us & I pulled off with my car running smoothly. This shop couldn't even change a tire correctly...due to the fact that their employee was having a bad day...thankfully my girlfriend only drove 1 block to the barbershop I was at ...if she would've drove 1 block the other way, she would've got on palmetto highway & the tire would have fell off there...they are playing with peoples lives. & it's truly a shame because this place was my go to. What should have been a simple, inexpensive fix turned into the most outrageous, overpriced scam I have ever experienced. My Story: The damage to the car was minimal--just a small dent on the corner of the trunk door and a slightly misaligned bumper. The trunk still opened and closed perfectly fine, no scraping, just fine and there were no scratches anywhere. This should have been a quick and simple repair that, at most, would have cost $300 at a reasonable shop. But D'Professional Collision? They had the audacity to hand me a bloated estimate filled with completely unnecessary charges: * 8.9 hours of labor to fix a tiny dent? Lies. * 9.4 hours of painting and paint supplies--when there was no paint damage to begin with! * Replacing the car's nameplates--which were completely fine and untouched! At this point, I realized they were straight-up making things up to jack up the price. They prey on people who don't know much about car repairs and expect customers to blindly accept their outrageous estimates. This Place is a Den of Thieves The way they conduct business is criminal. They pad their estimates with bogus fees, overcharge for labor that doesn't need to be done, and shamelessly take advantage of their customers.
