He started to examine my ID, hold it up to the light literally about 5 different times ,,,Not sure what that was about...I said Frank, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY ID- YOURE EXAMINING IT LIKE ITS A FAKE $100 BILL OR SOMETHING, I said is there an issue?????..and he says " OH NOTHING I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT. He then continues to say he's not giving me the discount and he told me this last year. I said NO PROBLEM...I was leaving, asked him for my ID back, and he started taking pictures of my ID with his phone... Each one is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. They all go out of their way to form a personal connection with everyone in their class, even those who are just visiting our studio. One Friday night, our class requested an 80s playlist and the next Friday Justin delivered. It's nothing but smiles when you walk in. The coaches and everyone working the front desk are always genuinely happy to be there. And I love the workouts! I love HIIT style training and the mix of endurance, strength, and power at OTF is perfect for me. I had shoulder surgery in June and took over a month off from working out.
