In all my visits, and there have been plenty based on my check ins, I've never had an issue with having to wait on using a piece of equipment. Gold's does need to focus on cleanliness. There's no way in the world I'd use the men's bathroom other than to wash my hands. At times, there's no paper towels or disinfectant to clean the machines. I can't speak to any of the classes or trainers as I don't use those services. As for cost, well, just depends on how well you negotiate. There are other gyms at a lower cost if you need just the equipment to use.

Her group trainings are 30 minutes at minimum and you can also schedule a one on one session with her. There are other trainers that work here. This is not a public gym either. It's literally only for personal trainers. I love coming here because I never feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I'm not scared that I'm doing something wrong that will hurt myself. It's located right next to Papa Johns if you're looking for it! There's plenty of parking so no worries about that!
