He offers personal training as well. I have been taking the monday night belly dancing class (7pm) with Gwen, and the Wednesday night hot yoga class (6:30). Both are AMAZING. The price per class is $15, but the more you go the cheaper it gets. I really like this studio, I am trying to get the word out there so that Nino can build up his customer base and perhaps add new classes. He is talking about a salsa dance class starting up soon, and the Zumba classes have been added recently as well. Over all, the studio is well equipped, has a great environment with tons of friendly people and it is located downtown where all the good stuff in clarksville is. When I contacted them for a refund (via phone, email, and social media) they waited TEN days to respond and then didn't honor my request for a refund. They claimed they sent me an email in May saying that my membership would automatically renew unless I contacted them and requested otherwise. I had zero email communication from their studio stating this bizarre policy. Also, what is the point of selecting a 3 month membership if it will continue auto renewing forever? I had to contact my credit card company and they've filed a claim against them. Although I enjoyed the workouts, I can't recommend a fitness center with unethical business practices.

Note to self: Do not recommend starting your first day with the all over body conditioning workout. Haha. It's a great program to help you build strength, endurance, and... coordination!! lol I'm gaining confidence and stamina also, but I find myself really needing to focus on my balance and coordination while doing some of the exercises. It's a good thing using muscles that I didn't know were there or hadn't used in years. Doing some of the movements seem easy, but become challenging after a few reps or the first few seconds! lol Needless to say, I signed up for the month trial and also joined as a member after that month! I feel better and stronger (& sore needing recovery time) after each session. It's worth it for my overall health! This is the first location on Lowe's Drive next to a Korean Restaurant. Their times start at 4:30am on weekdays and as late as 6:30pm workouts Mondays through Thursdays. Closed on Sundays, but open for morning workouts on Saturdays! It's easy to find a time to go.
