Here's where they shined, the agnolotti - perfectly cooked pasta, nice acid, goat cheese and pea notes. The fried chips provided a really nice contrast to the pasta. The ramp pesto is delicious. The asparagus's and peas are flavorful and well cooked. I can't believe this came out of the same kitchen as the last pasta fish and bread.
