I come here often so its always a hit or miss. There's been times when there's only one or no other customers in the shop, and service is slow, but most of the time experience has been great. The shop is not too big, but they do have plenty of seating. I like the ambience outside better and there are also a lot of shops around to walk around. I always get their smoothies and they have a lot of varieties. Some non dairy and no caffeine. I've been to other boba shops (not in utah) that have better boba, but I come here for great service PS: not many stores do it anymore, but this boba shop still have stamp cards!! I personally think that Swig has some of the best hot chocolate and I love that they let you customize it with different flavors.
