Darling woman welcomed us and made the whole experience really nice. The food was fun, crispy, and flavorful. It's fun eating with large toothpicks. The boba tea is yummy.

You base any "boba shop" on their boba. And that's why this place is getting a 5 star! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and helpful. The cloud lighting surprises me, but we're in "Da Cloud" so it makes sense! Their rose and taro tea is incredibly delicious (and sweet) while their pumpkin milk tea was less sweet, but still delicious. I can't wait to come back to try their food!

I walk in and Zak Tabudlo Give Me Your Forever was playing in the background. I KNEW this would be an authentic SouthEast Asian ran Boba Shop. I got the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and a Thai Milk Tea. Authentic. Next the passion fruit popping boba...YEP Delicious. Ordered the popcorn chicken and bangin Shrimp. Awesome snack and just like in Asia. The service was great. The Ambience is very chill. Who would have thought there will be a REAL Boba shop in Pleasant Grove. I will be back.

I was pretty happy to find a boba place in Pleasant Grove! The staff are helpful and quick. We ordered the SilkyCado with Tiramisu Foam, Thirstea and Popcorn Chicken. All of which were delicious. The two drinks were not too sweet and were refreshing for a hot day. The popcorn chicken was flavorful and crispy, pairing well with the boba. The cafe is clean and open with cute cloud decorations. Seating is comfortable in groups of 4 or less. There's games available that you can enjoy such as Jenga and Exploding Minions. Additionally, there's one restroom inside (clean and spacious) and plenty of parking. There is also WiFi available, with the name and password displayed for customers to easily access. Would come back here again!

Friendly service! Yummy boba! Cute little spot with games!! The taro milk tea with boba is exactly what I was craving! Not super sweet and great flavor!

I have never been a huge fan of boba until I had boba at Da Cloud. Yummy! The texture of the tapioca pearls they have is amazing and yummy. I thought the brown sugar milk tea was the best until I tried the taro milk tea. The girls that work here are so friendly and accommodating. We are repeat customers already.

I honestly would say that this Boba shop made it so I didn't use my same drink that I get every single time I go to a Boba shop. It was absolutely fantastic and I will be going back every single day and as I work in Lindon! The staff was friendly I was honestly shocked to see how empty it was. I also though based on the size of the Boba drink couldn't justify the price but it was good anyway.

This is my daughter's favorite boba place. We have family that lives nearby, so every time we visit we stop by Da Cloud and grab boba, egg rolls, and popcorn chicken (soooo good). We are always greeted with a smile and the staff are so kind and helpful.

We are so happy to have a great boba shop nearby! We almost always get the Pina Colada and Baberry boba smoothies- both have killer flavor! There are a few ice pieces at the end sometimes, which is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. We also love the brown sugar milk tea, it's a 10 out of 10! ⁣ The snacks are awesome! We have tried the popcorn chicken, panado twist (the twisted, fried potato), garlic parm fries, and bang bang shrimp. We will definitely get the panado twist and the bang bang shrimp again, and we want to try all of the options because they really sound delish!

Delicious Boba but a little on the pricey side! The location is super easy to get to off the pleasant grove exit. It's in the strip on the left side behind R&R BBQ. The location is great for hanging out, studying, playing games, and even a casual date. They have a bunch of delivery options so if you don't feel like going in person, you can get it at your door.

Great atmosphere and lovely Boba Shop. It is super hard to find any good boba place around Utah Valley until I stumbled upon this place, totally blowed me away. I used to live in Houston, TX where you can find boba shop almost every corner of your street. Drinks are good and bite size snack which totally what I am into. My favs are BANG BANG SHRIMP and SALMON CREAM CHEESE WONTON, Definitely a must try.

Some of the best bubble tea i've had in Utah. I got the taro milk tea (my favorite) and it was delicious. The boba was warm and obviously freshly made. I also tried the cream cheese dumplings which were really good. The dipping sauce for them was a little too sweet for me.

Great staff. Snacks are good. Not many places around with street food. If they had hot drinks I would be here way too much

If you're planning to dine there, make sure you don't have any pressing commitments afterward. On both of our visits, we spent an extraordinary amount of time simply waiting to be acknowledged. During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I'm glad they've expanded into American Fork, and the food certainly makes the restaurant worth visiting. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.

I am not sure what I was expecting, but I definitely thought they were in a more centralized location. They are not too far from State Street but not close to too many other businesses either. The great news is, they have a wide open parking lot with plenty of spaces. Their food truck is super cute. It hardly looks like a truck and resembles more of a massive wagon. They really went all out with the branding and I am here for it. With it being a parked food truck, they didn't have a lobby or an inside but they did have some tables and chairs right outside their truck. Upon approaching the truck, a guy came to stand beside me and take my order. I was not 100% sure what I wanted but I elected for their signature burger with fries. He said that he could bring it out to my car once it was ready, which I extra appreciated because it was not a very nice day out. My total was just shy of 20 bucks, at $19.27. I sorta understand. I mean, they're a local food truck and it seems that they strive to provide much better quality food than other fast food places...but this is pretty steep for just a burger and fries. The food did seem to come out pretty fast and I was excited to try it. The onion on the burger was a bit large, it was almost an inch thick and I think I would've preferred it cut up just a little more. The fries were pretty good but tasted a bit greasier than I would've liked. I did like that it came with a fry sauce. All in all, I really liked Burger Pioneers. I felt that all the flavors were a bit overpowering and almost bitter because of the greasy taste, but it wasn't a bad burger spot. I hope to be back when the weather is nicer with some friends. This is probably such a cute, fun spot in the summer time!
