Some really fantastic service. My wife and I were really impressed. Thank you Cameron. The chicken is delicious with lots of sauces to choose from. Definitely recommend

While they have online ordering it is only for delivery so you can forget about ordering ahead, in app only?? The exterior of the building reflects its new status though not all of electrical sign's are operational. Hopefully this will be corrected quickly and will not be a foreshadowing of lack of maintenance to come. The breading on the chicken tenders is very thin & the garlic-parm sauce is flavorful, perhaps even more garlicky than many would enjoy but I like it. The side of fries is plentiful with crispy outside and soft inside and skins still on. And they actually managed to keep the ice out of my drink. I could do without the toast as they put no jelly in for it but luckily I have some in my fridge. The flavor of the plain chicken strips is good, again it might be more than a picky eater could stand but great for the rest of us. I used the drive-through on a Friday night, and they have the two window system in place. It was between 10-15 min from order food handoff. Interaction with the staff was limited and while I will not say they were "friendly" they were professionally pleasant and, more importantly to me, fast. The price is a little more than standard fast food but this is also clearly real food so worth it. Perhaps even worth downloading that app...

I was really impressed by this place! So close to home and I had no idea how good this place is. Ordered the chicken salad - perfectly served and chicken was crispy in all the right places . They also have an awesome jalapeño ranch - a MUST have! Their chicken and waffles were pretty good. Service was great and staff was friendly. Ambiance is chill and clean.

We came here on a Thursday night. Was happy to see the restaurant busy! It was cleaner than the Lehi one and the employees were a lot more kind and helpful. I ordered a chicks meal and a side of Mac and cheese. The food came out extremely hot only about 5 minutes after ordering. The fries were crispy, salty, and so good in the fry sauce. Their toast is crispy and garlicky which I love. The tenders were moist and fresh. Perfectly crispy. I absolutely love their homemade sauces. My favorite is their cayenne ranch. It's the best! The mac and cheese is super creamy. However, for $4, it was the smallest scoop and didn't even fill the container it came in. The portion for the same size at Lehi is always way bigger. Happy to have this location in PG and so close to home. Will definitely be back.

Super yummy!! The chicken tenders were really moist and well seasoned. The menu is really big but the guy who helped us was super helpful in knowing what to order! I'd love to come back and try the chicken and waffles and try new sauce combos with my meal. We loved all of our food! The cranberry lemonade was also super yummy and fresh tasting. The fries could use something a little more special though. More seasoning? Fresher ingredients? Just something to jazz it up a bit. 10/10 would recommend!

I like supporting local business especially while traveling sometimes you have to go to the chain…read morebut sometimes you don't. In this instance so glad I didn't Sauce Boss was amazing. We chose it because it was close to the hotel how lucky are we. We went with a group of five. We ordered three entrees and a side of wings. The wings were our starter and they were fantastic black and wings are great highly recommend. My wife and I split the fried chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and the cornbread it was absolutely fantastic cannot speak highly enough. My mom and dad split the shrimp and grits which they also said was great I did try the grits they were lovely, gooey, cheesy awesomeness. My sister had the kale salad as she needs gluten-free options it was easily the largest most fantastic looking kale salad I've ever seen, and she said it was great. The last thing I would probably comment on is the sauces with a name like sauce boss it better have good sauce and it did. Each and every sauce was unique from others I've had but didn't disappoint all where extremely tasty I especially like the spicy one that came with the fried chicken. At this restaurant they don't have salt and pepper on the table and for good reason everything was spiced and seasoned very well. As for service, our server was very attentive, very kind, made great suggestions and all that being that we came in within a half an hour, 45 minutes of closing, you can't beat that!!! If you want boring food don't eat here. If you want the same plain Jane thing you find at every other chain, don't eat here! On the other hand, if you want amazingly tasty food, service and sauces and a good story to tell eat here!!!

Draper, Utah…read more Southern food? Fried catfish? All in the middle of Utah? I had to try it. This is a sit down and order restaurant. Very casual inside, white walls with metal chairs and concrete floor. Very simple. Very small space. About 14 tables. I have food, allergies, and the waitress answered all of my questions. But then she sent the chef/owner, Julius, over to talk with me. Pleasant man from Chicago. But his recipes are all from his family who lived in the South. I ordered the fried catfish which is accompanied with two sides. I chose the candied yams and the mac & cheese. My husband ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, potatoes, and gravy and the macaroni and cheese. Both plates are served with a slice of cornbread with a large honey butter smothered on top. The food came out very hot. The breading on the catfish is very thick and a lot of spices. I was pleasantly surprised when I cut my catfish and discovered it was deboned and tender. The mac & cheese was creamy and the candied yams were super sweet. Just the way I prefer them. They did seem a bit runny, but the flavor was good. The fried chicken was unbelievably moist. The breading was thick and crunchy. The mashed potatoes were of course, homemade with spices, and the brown gravy is chicken based. The cornbread was delicious. Comes with a slab of honey butter. I only wish it was served warm. It would've made the experience perfect. The food portions are large. The food has wonderful flavor with the perfect spice and southern heat. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I would give it 4.8 stars. The only two things that brought it down from a perfect score were the cornbread being cold, and the restaurant was not a cozy feel. Please come check this restaurant out and meet Julius.

The ribs were smothered in their raspberry bbq sauce which is just not good. Shame because the ribs were tender and cooked well. 2. The brisket. Who taught this person carving tonight how to cut brisket??!?! As someone who lived in central Texas for almost 6 years, the way this meat was cut was offensive. We got a a pound of brisket and they were cut into GIANT chunks almost an inch thick. Brisket is supposed to be SLICED and it's not supposed to be covered in sauce either. Thankfully the classic sauce is actually good but it ruins the bark!! The bark lost its peppery bite being covered in sauce. The point of brisket is it doesn't need sauce if it's done right. The chunks were so thick it made it chewy. Maybe if sliced thinner it would've been better. 3. The potato salad tasted like it was made with dole whip cream it was terribly sweet. The Mac and cheese had no flavor to it at all, and the beans were alright. 4. The sausage was flavorful and juicy. We finished that. I feel so bad for the people of Utah that think this is good bbq. It is not. I don't expect Texas bbq outside of Texas but this was just sad and not worth the $80 we spent. And what's worse is we are still hungry because the ribs were inedible and the brisket was so chewy. And, please please please go over meat carving with whoever was cutting the brisket this evening (4/7).

We arrived for our 12:45 reservation and checked in on time. No greeting. The blonde hostess said there'd be a 10-20 minute wait. Fine. When I checked again, the brunette hostess claimed we "weren't on the list," even though we had a confirmed reservation. After some back‑and‑forth, she suddenly found it and told us to come back in five minutes. We were finally seated, then ignored for 20 minutes with no water, no greeting, nothing. The blonde eventually took our order, apologized, and said the brunette "didn't know we were there," even though she was the one who sat us. She offered a $10 gift card we never received. Two dishes we ordered were unavailable -- and we only found out after waiting another 20-30 minutes and watching tables seated after us get their food first. No manager was available, just a "server assistant" who couldn't do much. By the time we left, it was 2:00 PM. We'd been there over an hour with no food and nonstop confusion. A nearby table mentioned slow service too, so clearly this wasn't just us. Key issues: * No greeting * Reservation "lost" * Seated then ignored * Two menu items unavailable * Conflicting stories from staff * Promised gift card never given * No manager available I hate writing negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish, and people deserve to know.

When we arrived and sat down, we were greeted by Joe telling us that "House rules, you're not allowed to order the same item". Lol. Love that guy! We both ordered Denver omelets, one without onions, extra mushrooms, French toast, and grits and one without mushrooms, hash browns, and pancakes. First off, the pancakes were amazing! They're light, had crispy edges, and had a wonderful flavor. But the best thing was it was in the shape of little donuts, which was a nice surprise. Our entrees came but were somehow got switched. We didn't realize it at first but both were still good. Unfortunately, my wife put Chalula on hers and I put Tobasco on mine and we don't like each other's choice of condiments. The other unfortunate thing was that I had an eggshell in my omelet. Even though we had these misfortunes you can't hide the flavor of these dishes and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. My grits were too sweet today. If it's too sweet for me, it must've been really sweet. The only other criticism I saw was that they were filling the syrup bottles from large Log Cabin jugs. They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Still a great experience and they are still one of the best breakfast places on the state.
