The chairs were being delivered to a friend's home, so I requested that FSR call my friend just before they departed for the delivery to be sure they were home and available. Everything went very smoothly and the chairs were delivered as planned on time! We had one minor hiccup with the chairs; however, Tia was amazing and responded to our issue immediately. I'm excited to give them their first review on Yelp. Five stars for outstanding customer service!

I guess I should have looked at the chairs befor I left, but I was caught up with the extra $6.00 I was being charged in case a chair got damaged. When I took out the chairs from my vehicle, I was extremely disappointed. They were all rusted and filthy. I ended up having to wash down every chair I rented. I did NOT need this extra work. I will travel the distance next time for my rental equipment.
