This past week, they did it again. I organize the events at my firm and I love a theme, to my great joy, so do they. The guys always seem to nail the vibe without going overboard. Whether it's our annual "Winter Wonderland" Tree Trimming or a "picnic in the park" luncheon... they give great advice and suggestions for what would work best from their ever-changing, diverse menus. There have been times when we've come up with dishes together from adaptations of their offerings. I love how flexible they are and always willing to pivot in order to accommodate us, even if it's a last-minute change. The highlight for me whenever they arrive, is the attention to detail that's paid. No matter what crazy idea I throw at them, somehow they absorb the concept as if it were their own and produce a picture-perfect affair that people rave about long after it's over. We recently hosted my father's 75th birthday party at this venue, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The music from the party being held on the other side of the hall was so overpowering that it completely drowned out our celebration. We could not hear our own music, our toasts, or even basic conversations at our tables. This was supposed to be a milestone event, and instead it felt overshadowed and disorganized because of the lack of sound control. The venues contact person "Roopi" unsuccessfully attempted to get the DJ to lower his sound equipment. After the event my family felt some sort of reparations were in order. When we brought this concern to "Roopi", she claimed she would speak with management. After a week of going back and forth, we discovered "Roopi" was in fact the manager all along and had been dishonest and stringing us along pretending to be talking to management. Not only did she give us a runaround, but when we returned to the venue to follow up, she was dismissive, rude, and continued to make excuses rather than take responsibility. She also denied any affiliation with the DJ whose music overpowered our event, which was clearly untrue. The lying, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior left us feeling disrespected and deceived. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime milestone for my father turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty, or proper event management. Roopi is a snake!! I wish I thoroughly read through reviews before booking this venue because her rudeness and unprofessionalism is mentioned over and over again!!!

The food portions were smaller than expected, several guests did not receive the meals they ordered, and one of the chefs appeared to be handing out dishes without confirming who had ordered them. As a result, some guests received the wrong meals while others didn't receive their food at all. What was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday celebration became incredibly stressful. Before we had the opportunity to discuss any potential price adjustment, the chefs had already left. I do want to acknowledge that the chefs themselves were polite and friendly. However, that does not make up for the disorganization, incorrect orders, and the overall disappointment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Every picture on their site is super misleading. - The "salad" provided was literally just a bowl of lettuce, not a single other thing included. I'm a little confused as to why this cost $50 per person, which is significantly more expensive than sitting down at a hibachi restaurant, especially after having to provide all the silverware, dishware, tables and chairs for the event. It didn't even include soup or dessert like most hibachi restaurants do, so why so much? We pay an additional travel fee as well... - The chef did not necessarily seem prepared for our group. He showed up asking how many people there would be for dinner. And he also seemed confused by the amount of money I gave him at the end of the dinner, like it wasn't enough. I gave him a 22% tip, which I don't feel like is even deserved. - It wasn't a big deal at the time, but now that I see other reviews, I feel like I should mention... They asked us last minute to shift the start time an hour early, which was fine, but it seems that's a regular occurrence. After this experience, I would not rebook or recommend this company to anyone!
