I ultimately had to use my own heavy-duty wagon to assist with moving items downstairs in an effort to keep the process moving. There was also a clear lack of care in handling my belongings. Items such as a glass mirror and a fabric headboard were not properly wrapped, and I had to personally intervene to ensure they were protected.
