I was referred to Dr. Hajarian for my wisdom teeth removal since they were impacted and couldn't be safely removed at the first dentist I went to. I was really nervous when I heard that my case was a more complicated one since it was long overdue and the roots had really set in. From my first contact with Dr. Hajarian's office, I felt like I was placed in good hands. I called the office immediately after I found out the initial dentist wasn't able to remove my wisdom teeth and they thankfully squeezed me in for a consultation on that very day because they knew it was urgent and that it was causing me pain. Liz helped explain the whole process to me so I knew what to expect and answered all my questions. She was a great support during the whole process and really helped ease my anxiety; on the day of the procedure everyone was aware of how nervous I was and everyone was so kind and supportive and did an amazing job of calming my nerves. I am so thankful to the whole team here from Dr. Hajarian, the anesthesiologist, Liz, Christine (who wheeled me out to the car after the procedure) and the rest of the staff that assisted. I was referred here by my dentist (she's also the best) but. I had to have two bottom wisdom teeth removed, as they were impacted. And one of them was super deep. I recently received a tooth extraction (for my wisdom teeth). For most who don't know a tooth extraction, it's a surgical procedure so you will be put under IV and anesthesia to sleep. Of course I had little nerves trying to calm down and act normal HAHA. This office made me feel comfortable and spoke to me so kindly while walking into the surgery room. I DID NOT WANT TO LOOK UP WHILE WALKING INTO THE SURGERY ROOM. And the lady that guided me into the room noticed I was a little scared and gave me a nice complement as a distraction and notified me that everything will be okay. Dr. Hajarian is the best. Is the best. He made the whole process of inserting the IV into my room super smooth and did not hurt at all. He explained to me I will feel more relaxed and the anesthesiologist went ahead and explained what the tube she was putting over my nostrils is for. They spoke to me on what I do and started talking kindly of my hobbies. I thank them for being so wonderful in that process. Of course I have no clue what the procedure was like since I was under a deep sleep. Felt like a 20 min nap! Once I woke up I was greeted in a smooth matter and comfort. I used to see Liz for facial treatments and she was wonderful. However, I was given the offer of Botox at $9 a unit, because that's what I normally pay at my regular place to get Botox. So I decided to take them up on their offer and went in for the appointment. I let Dr. Hajarian know where I prefer the Botox to go and he proceeded with the treatment. It felt a little odd, a bit more harsh than I'm used to. When I walked out to pay, I was given a bill of $450. I was absolutely in shock. I asked how many units he used and the girl at the front told me 50. Normally I only pay around $200 for about 20-25 units. I'm in my 30's and I don't have deep lines that require that many units. I was in such shock that I just paid and left. The next day I had to leave town for a convention and hated every photo of myself because my face looked paralyzed and even had two visible bumps on my forehead. After some time I kept thinking about how completely unprofessional it was to not consult me on the price or amount of units before going ahead with the treatment. I felt completely wronged and went back and forth in my head on whether or not I should call them and let them know how I was feeling. I finally called. The front desk listened to my story and she said Dr. Hajarian would like me to come back into the office, I'm not sure what for. I said I'd rather not, and I asked if there was anything they could do for me, possibly refund SOME of my money, I told her I wasn't looking for a full refund but anything to not make me feel completely swindled. She said she would call me back after speaking with the doctor. Instead of a call back, either she or someone else from their office decided to let me know through Instagram that the doctor refused to do anything for me. Dr. Hajarian and his staff at the Da Vinci Surgery Center far exceeded my expectations. I have what is, in my experience, possibly unparalleled dental procedure anxiety. Everyone there was so kind and reassuring. They prescribed me anti-anxiety medication for the night before and the morning of my surgery. This was critical for me to psych myself up enough to actually go to my appointment. I had four extractions, an implant, and extensive bone grafting in my upper jaw. As promised, I remember literally nothing from the time I arrived on the day of the surgery until late that night. How perfect! Valerie is just the best. So kind and quick. The receptionist was not very friendly. I had my frontonomy surgery at 8am on 11/08/2019. Dr. Hajarian is skilled but was not too nice to Valerie the assistant who was aiding him during my surgery. It was brief but I hope Dr. Hajarian is nicer to her next time. Overall, I think they worked great together. Valerie, keep being nice and making patients comfortable because the receptionist is no good for that. Got a consultation about a year ago about my wisdom teeth (Although I passed on going here to get them off). I never heard any mention of a fee for consultation nor I received any bills through mail (it was sent through email today per my request). Literally just tonight I got a surprise phone call that I'm being charged the consultation fee. I'm not sure what is going to happen but I remembered the woman on the phone said something about needing it to be paid by today! I really don't know what's going to happen because the timing right now is very bad and I would need some time to sort this through. Overall I'm not happy with how they handle bills here. I'm sure that I did not receive anything at all! They still have my number all this time, could have at least informed me sooner instead of waiting for a year to go by... read more

I was super nervous because I've never been put under for a surgery before and I had some impacted teeth (*ouch*) but the staff and the Doctor made me feel assured. So I've been actively trying to avoid removing my wisdom teeth for 2 years now since I absolutely hated the thought of surgery. Soon enough, I wasn't able to avoid the long term damage it would cause to my other teeth and booked a consultation after a dentist visit. I came to Dr Hajarian's office scared and apprehensive about my wisdom teeth surgery since I had an impacted tooth. I had a driving test the same day as my surgery and the front desk ladies were so kind and considerate to take some time out of their day to adjust the schedule to accommodate my surgery to be 30 minutes after what was originally planned. When they brought me in for my surgery, I was really nervous but they were able to calm me down with some jokes here and there. I was put under anesthesia (which was a wild experience) and the surgery went smoothly and I haven't felt any pain on the days following the surgery including the dreaded second day which people said would be the worse. They even called me a few times to check my healing process and overall how I was feeling. I'm really grateful for Dr Hajarian's skillful work and more so for the nurses and front desk ladies that guided me through my surgery and took care of me until the very end; one of which congratulated me on passing my driving test!! :) read more

Fantastic staff and one of the most relaxing environments I've ever been in for any medical procedure. I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted and was having trouble getting my anesthesia approved from my insurance for over a year because my previous dentist would not allow me to get my procedure with them or any other dentist. Dorthy, god bless her soul, was able to work with me and call my insurance on my behalf and make sure that I was getting my anesthesia approved. Late post!! Had my wisdom teeth take out here couple months ago. The staff is great especially the front office Erica she is a very sweet girl! She made me feel comfortable since the day I made my appointment and before surgery she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Even after surgery she called and checked up on me. The assistants we're good too but a little more on the serious side i could hear them talking while wakin up.And the other lady Dorothy was Soo sweet as well and helpfull she kindly took me to the car. I was very pleased with my experience, from start to finish, at this office! I had been waiting a very long time to get my wisdom teeth orally extracted and Dr. Hajarian, and his staff, made it extremely simple and fast. They allowed me to use both of my insurances to ensure that I would be able to afford the surgery. Also, prior to the surgery, they doubled-checked that both insurances would cover their expected portions, to make sure I wouldn't get stuck with a bill afterwards. They have great availability; my surgery was booked the very next week. I also really liked the staff. Dr. Hajarian is very sweet and a happy guy.
