Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Some of the well-known companies I contacted quoted around $6,000 more than Artur's company. Artur offered the most reasonable price without compromising on the quality of the work. He also charged very little for moving furniture and was able to reuse our existing baseboards after repainting them, which saved us even more money. I was also impressed that Artur provided a detailed estimate shortly after our in-person meeting. The estimate clearly broke down all the costs, so there were no surprises. Artur also introduced me to a flooring warehouse in Sacramento. The staff there was very kind and even allowed me to take several LVP samples home so I could see which ones matched our house best. Another thing I appreciated is that Artur's company has its own employees, so I didn't have to worry about subcontractors. They completed the entire job on time, and I'm very happy with the result. Took over a year of denial that the cheaper finish was used before finally adding only one coat of the commercial finish. A couple of the newly installed flooring buckled. Took nearly a year to finally agree to repairs, but did not replace buckled boards, as is the industry standard, only tacked backed down so when the boards re-buckled another, months more of repair excuses. An outside Contractor replaced buckled boards, with the promise from Jose that he would reimburse me. Months later, I am still waiting for the promised reimbursement. There are some other uneven newly installed boards that I choose to overlook as they are more cosmetic. I chose this Contractor because of the positive reviews, was not expecting such a poor outcome.

Jeff and his employee worked so hard even delivering the product to us for our the first scheduled appointment though it was late in the evening following their very long day's work at a different job. They hauled in boxes and boxes of heavy lumber non-stop with not one word of complaint, smiles on their faces, and they were very personable, willing to take time to answer all of our questions despite being exhausted. Jeff and Logan continued to impress us with their hard work ethic, always taking time to discuss the progress and the plan for that day. If ever they were unavoidably delayed in showing up at the established time, we are flexible, and they more than made up for it by working as long as it took till each day's goals were fully achieved. They did a perfect job--not only with laying the flooring, but painting the baseboards, and carefully installing the transitions. They were conscientious about not letting our cat escape out of a room and diligent about cleaning up each day which was much appreciated. We are extremely pleased and now have asked Jeff to bid on another job for us installing kitchen granite countertops and a new sink.
