These people do not take no for an answer. Multiple clearly visible "no soliciting" signs are posted on the entry way to my property. They knock either way. I do not want to be bothered. I do not want to have to get into an arguement as to why I want my privacy respected. As of today's interaction I will personally see to it that these folks never get an ounce of my money. "I saw your sign, I didn't want to leave you out." I want left out. Leave me alone, and get off my porch I literally couldn't make it any more clear. If this is how you run your business, you're no better than the blue peak creeps. I promise you, if I want your service the internet exists, and I can contact you instead of having my work day interrupted by rude people. Customer service is horrible. The siding has their glue all over it. Originally it dried clear as time goes by it has turned into white splotches all over the house. It looks terrible when I called them about it they basically told me it can't be fixed. Just paint the house. The reason we bought the concrete siding is because there is no painting ...ever. very poor workmanship and even worse Customer service. Buyer beware they don't stand behind their work. read more

The salesman that came for the shower install was Way too high pressure. After several times telling him No and we were not going to sign a contract, we requested him to give us a week since we wanted to get other bids, but he still wouldn't take No for an answer and became very arrogant and offensive. When he was on the phone to his boss, he talked very rudely about us as if we were invisible. I did call him out and told him that he offended us and to get his stuff and get out of our house. I told him we are done and to get out!! He was pretty mad, but not once did he apologize for his actions. The salesman was at our house for 3 hours. Just had a claims inspector look at my 5 year old roof. She says it looks like a 20 year old roof with all the granules missing.

Strong arm sales tactics, but with the sample roofing materials I was impressed and paid for a new roof. Now there's hail damage and lo and behold the damage isn't covered!!! I know they promised their shingles would stand up to hail but they are not helping me and have been difficult to work with since they got my money. read more

BEWARE! This company has aggressive sales techniques that border harassment. They refuse to take "no" for an answer. They corner you at your door until you commit to a free inspection. Their sales reps (showing up stoned and red-eyed) refuse to take no for an answer and will stick around in your sitting room for hours continuing to pitch you on their product. They are over-priced which becomes evident after saying no repeatedly and them slashing their original quote eventually down to half the price. Once you get them out of your house, you'll receive a myriad of phone calls from several different numbers within a matter of minutes across multiple days trying to get you to commit. This is even after telling them "no means no." At this point, I'd definitely never go with this company and will go with a competitor that respects where I'm at in my home improvement process. Read Ashley's review. Sums up my experience too. Their sales tactics are very high pressure. They will start with a ridiculously high rate, then proceed to call their boss to ask a better rate for you. (Just like a Kirby vacuum sales) which is whatever, but know they will try to rip you off and not cut straight to the chase. The salespeople were at my house for four hours. If you do cave (and I did because I thought I was getting a good price) after being cornered and going through an exhausting negotiation process, you can cancel your contract in three busindays. They don't do this to be nice or because it's the right thing to do. Theres a consumer law in place to protect you from this very thing. They did make cancelling very easy, which makes me think their customer service might be decent and good to work with if you experience problems. I mostly cancelled because their sales tactics have definitely been used to manipulate and take advantage of people, and I can't get behind that. When people are making a 1,000 dollar plus investment, they deserve the respect of some time and space--even if that consists of DaBella presenting the option of making the choice by the end of the business day. If DaBella truly have the best product for the best price, they should have nothing to worry about if they give you a few days (or even hours) to think about it, right? Just a heads up to those of you shopping for windows, be firm in your terms as a customer. You don't have to feel pressured to make a decision in minutes on a big high dollar investment. Horrible experience! We had the company install siding and windows. The windows came in the wrong size. They installed siding and trim first and then windows, so the trim had to be taken down. Multiple crews left trash everywhere! We were promised gift cards we did not received. Very sloppy work that they still have not made right after four months. Do not go with this company! read more

We had two guys from Dabella out to give us an estimate on a 1,250 SF ranch siding replacement job. After moving the appointment from 2:00 to 4:00 pm so that we both could attend after work, they showed up at 2:00 pm anyways. The older employee took the lead, and asked strange salesman questions like "have you ever used a contractor before?" and "how did that go?". Okay, sure. He provided an estimate of around $54,000 on the first round if we signed that instant. We had researched average siding prices for the area and this was way high. Then after we replied that they were our first appointment for an estimate and we were not ready to pull the trigger, the lead guy called "Phil" on the phone. Well, mysterious "Phil" allowed him to lower the price to around $42,000 if we signed that moment. Okay. This is getting interesting. Then after we explained to lead guy again no, we are going to get other estimates before making a decision, I thought we were done. We proceeded to go about our day thinking they had gone. No. Lead guy rings my doorbell again, saying he can drop that 'ol price to around $32,000 if (you guessed it) we signed that minute. Would never hire these guys. We have had 5 more estimates since, and they always left to write up the estimate and provided it a day or two later. And no pressure or weird salesguy questions. Stay away, far away, from this company. Oh, and they were at my house for 2 hours, 2 very tiring hours. read more

The sales team showed up on the doorstep recommending a roof replacement survey. I thought it was a good idea. My wife (smart one in the bunch) said I needed to contact our insurance carrier first, they would send an appraiser and we could go from there. Called the first time, asked if Da Bella was an approved contractor for my insurance company. The young lady answering the phone had no idea what I was talking about, nor did her supervisor. Tried FIVE times to cancel the survey appointment, they dropped my call each time before confirmation. Twenty something kid (never laid a shingle in his life) shows up in the family SUV, no ladder, tape measure, safety gear, etc., and says he can survey the roof by looking at it from the ground. Use common sense before spending tens of thousands of dollars with these guys. read more

While the sales people came across as personable, they applied a very intense sales tactic that made me feel very uncomfortable towards the end. They estimated $48,000 for windows for my home (mind you a great product) but with financing before even ascertaining my credit, would have been over $85,000 in total, which is bonkers for windows. The salesman said he did the math wrong when confronted by my husband, who I called at work because I felt so much pressure, about that fact and now they were priced at the quoted estimate miraculously. The constant back and forth with their supervisor to get me a lower price was ridiculous and the pressure to sign a contract, made me nervous. I had requested only an estimate not a 3 hour negotiation that left me tired and uncomfortable. I had at one point informed them to finish their pitch as I needed to get my kid to sleep but they continued for another hour. I had even requested to reschedule as I wanted to review with my husband when he got home further but was told the deal I was getting was only good for the night because it was the end of the month. One of the sales people told me that their boss told them they couldn't come back trying to preasure or coerce me to sign a contract. That's not a good sales tactic and is extremely shady and the overall experience was insulting and ledt a bad taste in my mouth. The other issue was being asked to complete a review before they left my house, which made me feel like I had to give a good review or they wouldn't leave. I literally felt as if I had trespassers in my home and has to be overly nice to get them out of my home. Super frustrating experience overall. read more

Kevin was great, he was a very understanding individual. I give him 5 starts. Hunter was very pushy on trying to get me to put money down. I had told him several times I didn't like the pricing and that I just wanted to see what my estimate would be on getting my houses siding done. I had even told him that I had to go to get ready for work at 4:15 but being inconsiderate and just trying to get me to fork over some money he kept trying to convince me. He was trying to make me feel bad for him. Saying where did he go wrong, naming unrealistic payment options, and I kept telling him to to be realistic and he wouldnt listen. So finally at 5:40 they finally left. Kevin was really respectful and professional.
