The second project was far more extensive and showcased their craftsmanship on another level. They removed an outdated garden window and replaced it with a stunning new one, installed a sleek sliding glass door, and removed a large window to install a beautiful garden window measuring 6 feet wide by 3 feet high. I feel compelled to update because my husband is in the construction business and I know a little bit about cost. Last year, I had Nadeem give me an estimate for a window of concern. The total estimate with no discount came to $258.79. I had had such good luck with them doing my other windows, but I couldn't afford to have it done at the time so this year I asked for another estimate as I know the price has probably changed a bit. My new estimate also included a repeat business discount, which is strange because I was repeat business when I got the estimate from last year. It was a hefty discount of $200! So this year the same window will cost me a total of $371.03!. How do I not been repeat business, the subtotal alone was $536.38 before tax. Too bad they didn't give me that $200 repeat business discount last year. I guess they got a lot of business off my initial review and are making a grand profit. Soon after I was in contact with Nadeem, the owner, who was extremely responsive, helpful and seemed very ethical. We didn't choose TN to do the job ONLY because We made the decision to replace our siding at the same time and that is not work that they do. Had we been replacing our Windows only, we would have given them the job 100%. I have requested and been given estimates for many household projects over the years. Our church is an older building, and though the windows were thermopane, many had failed, and all had aluminum frames. We gathered bids from a number of window companies. It was the competitive pricing and the customer service that made us select TN Glass. They constantly kept us informed on when they would receive the windows and the installation schedule. With the removal and installation of over 50 windows, it was a major project. Service with TN glass was uniformly easy. From the first visit to the last, the personnel were polite and considerate. We wound up needing a lot of screens rebuilt, which they did overnight and brought back the next day. They were expecting to drop them off, but I asked them to install the screens, and they did, no problem. The day of the install, everything went according to plan. Had to replace a window broken by some vandals overnight a month again and. Found TN Glass on Yelp. The Good- Fast reply and was able to come out that morning to assess damage and work up quote. Reasonable prices. Friendly interactions with workers. Did receive 10% off from accidental break on install. The Bad- Wait time for window was 10 days. I get it, but it was a long time to go having it boarded up. After job was done had to wait about a week to get invoices. Called twice to remind them I'd like to pay. Had to clean up some debris left by installers The Ugly- Installers broke new window when they were setting it in. Had to wait another 10 days for replacement to come. The hassle of setting up and scheduling making sure someone would be home, etc., was not fun. The Skinny- All in all I would use them again. Accidents happen, but with the fast customer service and good pricing on the actual window I would choose them. Local and friendly. read more

I would have liked to have provided a review of the work done but TN Glass Install ghosted me. I contacted them on June 11 to set up an initial visit for an estimate on a shower door install, and Nadeem came to look at our space as scheduled on 6/20. He described several options for the doors and said that he would get back to me with an estimate. I waited a week and had received no reply, so I called and left a message saying that I was still interested in working with TN Glass to get the work done. No response. I waited another week and sent a polite email: "Nadeem had come to take a look at our bathroom on June 20 in order to get an estimate on a shower door install. I haven't heard back with a quote yet but was still interested - is it still possible to get one? Thanks in advance." Still no response. I ended up going with a more professional contractor who actually answered my calls and emails. read more

Our window cracked last winter during COVID and we needed a replacement badly. We priced around and got an estimate from TN glass install quickly and were scheduled before the end of the month. I wasn't able to catch the name of the company employee who came out to my house but he had great in-home etiquette and was in and out in no time. We have an older home with a large picture window needing replaced. It was a complex fit as the frame had warped and the window was a three man lift/set. We also had several smaller windows with failed seals needing replacement. Nadeem has given us great service before and came through again. Hr carefully measured to get just the right size to fit into the space, and with ability to caulk and preserve the frame. With supply chain delays in the glass industry, there was a delay getting the glass, however Nadeem stayed on it, kept great communication, and scheduling ASAP . What I really appreciate is Nadeem's willingness to listen to any concerns and help find solutions, is extremely diligent and professional - as well as being a really nice person to work with.
