This is a hole in the wall vibe so don't expect fancy or boujee. It's giving drinks and wings. Wings are not great tho. They taste kind of old so idk if it is the grease or how they are cooking them but they need to be fresher period. Where do i start?? As a restaurant & lounge owner myself i was mortified by my experience. Their was a disgusting smell emanating from the bar when I went to order my drink, I chose to not sit at the bar because the smell was unbearable. Me and my sister sat at a table instead. While waiting on our drinks, I went to the restroom, which was a complete mess. there were women hygiene products all over the floor, and the toilets were not suitable for any woman to sit on. After getting our drinks, which were great our food came and to my surprise, my sister had a live roach on her chicken wings. The waitress was very nice and kind about it and so was the bartender. I was offered a full refund and hopefully a better experience next time I came. Also the hookah here are very, very dirty. I still paid for my hookah and did not complain to the managers because the managers were unavailable at the time and no one could contact the owner for me. Get inside the house and see two containers of food and the word "cancel" next to the crossed out nachos supreme. The portion of the meal that we did get was decently sized and was definitely enough to share between 2 people. The food was good. Fries weren't the warmest, but it we were a ways from the restaurant. Mac n cheese was okay, but the chicken and shrimp held their own and that shrimp packed a mean punch! I wish the chicken had a bit of cajun flavor to it. Now the issue I have with Dabomb Sports Grill is they charged me for the three meals that I ordered. I understand that it was an online order and it wasn't certain they would cancel that nachos until that decision is made. I don't know why the nachos were cancelled in the first place. However, I was expecting for there to be some notification with my phone banking app or a text message saying "HERE IS YOUR REFUND"... well that never came! A few days had passed and still nothing! in the passing days. I made several attempts to reach them via phone and NOBODY ANSWERED.. EVER, besides the one time the phone was picked up and they hung up as soon as answered. I finally got in contact with someone 7-8 days after the original order and they told me that I needed to wait 7-10 business days to get a refund. Not only did I not believe that BS I didn't think they would follow through and I would have to wait another 7-8 days to get in contact with another employee when mu money still is not refunded. The bartender, Rell, is the best bartender to ever serve me. His overall service was IMPECCABLE! He handled that bar like I've never seen it done before. Let me say after the meal I just had I felt absolutely compelled to review this place. I've always understood that most reviews are generally negative because only those that had a subpar experience are willing to put in the energy to actually complain...so let me be the outlier. This place was DELICIOUS!! I got the Cajun fish sandwich and wings and let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed! The flavor in the sandwich jumped at you with every bite and the wings were fried to perfection. Most Atlanta area wing spots claim to have great wings, but then give you chicken the size of a pinky! But not da bomb. Their wings were thick and filling and full of flavor! The music and wings were good but the customer service is terrible. Most businesses stopped accepting cash during the pandemic so to run an all cash establishment is crazy. First of all they charge $10 to get in. The guy at the door had a nasty attitude and didn't even tell me I could cash app. He just wanted me to use the atm. You can't order your food and drink from the bartender. They have to be placed with the waitress or separately. Then on top of that they charge an additional fee to pay with a credit or debit card. The waitress I had was on her phone and running her mouth so much I had to ask for my check twice. For the prices they charge you would expect better service. But that's just how it is trying to support our people sometimes. They like to nickel and dime you while returning minimum effort. read more
