Mm, mixed feelings about this spot. Ordered their fries and they were quite good, but i was definitely turned off by the cashier who was in the middle of eating behind the cash register when i walked in. Cool young dude with a good attitude, but he definitely was GOING IN on his wings - like chicken wing in his hand, and talking with his mouth full. Totally unprofessional as he was the only visible member of the staff, and it wasn't an off hour - 6pm. He didn't even bother to wash his hands during the order-taking process - not a good look for the business. He apologized and remarked that he hadn't eaten all day, and while i sympathize, he could have and should have handled that during his break time. In addition, i'm weaning myself off of takeout places that serve the food in styrofoam. It's 2022 - businesses need to not to be serving their food (no matter how delicious) in serving ware that's brimming with chemicals. For the foregoing reasons, i will not to return to this establishment. read more

Eyyyyy yoooooo! 1. Meal was ready in the quoted time (15 min for my order; called in first) 2. Meal was delicious and the perfect temperature 3. They were practicing social distancing and the employees were wearing their masks This was a great experience in Decatur today. It's usually a hit or miss for a couple of establishments in this immediate area. During Covid, this restaurant was doing all the right things. Customer service couldn't have been better. I will say that it may be a little difficult to find them in the strip mall if you aren't familiar with the area. They are located in the shopping center where the old Neighborhood Walmart used to be, be sure to look for the Wow signage. read more

Ordered food yesterday. We had Steak Salad Chicken Philly with Fried Rice. Everything was good but I hate American Cheese and that was the only cheese option for the Philly. Fried Rice was better than the Chinese restaurants I've eaten around here. My Husband enjoyed his steak salad bc he liked the addition of the banana peppers but they didn't have ranch and other than the banana peppers and chopped steak (says it's ribeye, chopped like a Philly steak) there were no topping. I love toppings so meh. We will support again. read more

Very tasty, well cooked, quite a treat! Had cheese steak without bread, and fried. (They also do it with chicken) plenty of fries that you can season with lemon pepper and season salt very crunchy nice and fresh. Had to wait a couple of minutes but worth the wait. We've been to the WOW Burger 4/5 times now and we've had good food each time. So far we've had the cheeseburger combo, turkey burger combo and the Chicken Philly cheesesteak. They've all been good and they give you a good amount of fries, that's been the only complaint we've had is that the fries aren't fried crispy enough and when you order to pick up sometimes they are steamed by sitting in the box and are just mushy. Last few times we've requested they cook them a little longer. They also don't serve unsweet tea and that's another minus but we usually just bring our own. All in all it's a good meal and good service for a good price. The star so far for us has been the Chicken. Philly cheesesteak, it is so good with grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions and cheese. Do not let the hole in the wall look deter you from trying this place. The food is absolutely delicious so far I had the gyro, the Philly cheese steak and the wings. I have no complaints. The service is fast, I always get in and out in about 10mn. You can also order ahead of time and pick up. read more

This place is a dump, the chicken is a hit or miss. It's either OKAY or Dry asf. They don't care if your order is wrong or your food is old. I ordered a philly combo with and 10pc wing and fried rice, the wings were old and dry and no fried rice. read more

Myself and the ladies here at the office have ordered from this restaurant 4 DAYS IN A ROW a month or so ago and have been back many times since. We have tried the philly, the wings, the gyro, the fried rice is AMAZING, and just about everything on the menu. The customer service here is EXCELLENT! Food is always ready for pick up when I walk in and the prices are worth every penny. The restaurant is always so clean and they have yet to run out on us.
