Appointments should be made weeks in advance (via phone or online) as they are very busy and all the hairstylists seem to be in high demand. Prices are on the pricier side but I am okay with that because they always do a stellar job giving my son the cut he wants. He has visited Mabel Salon on numerous occasions since 2024. My boyfriend didn't notice as he couldn't see the back of his head. I didn't notice until we left and I saw how uneven it was. We thought about going back but even if he shaves the other side it would just look ridiculous and his college graduation is coming up. It was only a $20 cut in 15 minutes, I think if someone makes an irreparable mistake they shouldn't even charge $20. Or at least we wouldn't have tipped 25%. I hate to leave a bad review, but I wish this mistake were handled better.
