But the manager, Janson, is an unfortunate disappointment. It was a while back I had asked him the details about canceling my membership.He told me point blank you lose any credits. He failed to tell me I had 2 months to use them. One day I had an accident that prevented me from calling in time to cancel an appointment. I was charged full price, not my membership price, from my bank account, not from the credits I had paid for to cover that day. I called several times to talk to him but he wouldn't take my calls, instead he sent a text of the policy regarding missed appointments. I consider it bad business to lose a faithful client who has spent $7000+ at your establishment over $130. Bad Management In my opinion. Needless to say...I canceled my membership and went elsewhere. I can't and won't recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, when I saw my hair I told her it looked really dark. She assured me that it was because it was wet and the toner would fade a bit after a couple washes. I gave her benefit of the doubt bc it looked a little lighter when she dried it. When I got home and could take a better look, my hair was a full gray and beige color. I was bright blonde. I also still have roots showing. The salon hasn't responded to either of my messages asking what we can do to fix this. It will be very hard to correct this without ruining my curl pattern and I am probably going to have to get a keratin treatment somewhere, which isn't cheap. I told my stylist that I keep my hair light bc of thinning areas because they make me self conscious. They are fully visible. I'm not going to name the stylist because she was really nice, but I am not happy with the lack of response to my messages. I would skip this one unless you want something basic and without bleach.

We just got finished eating brunch and wanted to find a foot massage place in the area. After…read moreGoogling search, we saw King Massage only 4 minutes away. Called them up to see if they are available for 3 foot massages and they were right away. We were so happy. When we got there, saw that they had a $45 special for 60 mins Feet n 10 minutes Back. We took advantage of that promo. The front room only had 3 foot massage stations, but they maneuvered a 3rd sofa to put next to the 2 so that we can all be together. We thought we might be distracted and not relaxed being so close to the door in the open lobby, but they put one of those room dividers next to us to separate. Service was superb from the massages to the service. The place was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse would ask if the pressure was okay. They took us to the rooms to continue the back massage. The only thing I did not like was when my masseuse got on top of the bed with me with her knees on either side of my head as she's massaging my back. In my culture, no feet/legs area is supposed to be close to a person's head like that as it lacks respect. We only wish this place was closer to us or else we would come here more frequently. Then masseuse also left servicing me when another customer voiced a complaint about the quality of their massage. It was bad enough that the whole interaction was very loud and disrupting, but I didn't think that my masseuse needed to leave to be involved as the lady managing the front desk was taken care of it! Overall, very disappointed in this visit, as it was not relaxing at all! I absolutely did not get my moneys worth!
